Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

After a lot of research I decided to stop into Mazda of Palm Beach to look at a CX-5 for my parents. I was quickly greeted by Richie Delorantis (Richard Delorantis), who was phenomenal. Even though it required getting drenched in the rain, he worked to find what I was looking within budget. I was able to get a great deal and pickup the car the same day. The dealership itself is very clean, has refreshments for customers and everyone was very polite. Overall a very pleasant, relaxed experience. Mazda of Palm Beach's approach to sales is one I'm definitely in favor of, and I'm looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

Most of the purchasing process was done on the phone or electronically. Alvaro was knowledgeable and efficient. Once at the dealership all was ready to complete the purchase in a timely manner, which was important because I drove just over 3 hours down & back to make the purchase

The dealership has streamlined their processes from inquiry to delivery, to their credit. The dealership had a couple issues to handle early on, but did so, and it made for a good outcome. I'll add, that I do conclude the leadership and BMW should revert to their prior policy of providing loaners to customers such as me for service appointments.

DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

I recently brought my SUV in for scheduled service. Very pleased with the way I was treated upon arrival.They started service in my car almost immediately and showed me to the lounge where I could relax while waiting for my car to be services. The other reviews here are penny ante, very minor stuff. I asked Lisandro for an out the door price and I got it fast, with options to help me with financing and shipping. Most other dealers are very slow and never give that price. Performance Mitsubishi's price was $12000 more than advertised. Give both a chance and you will do business with Lisandro. Spend a couple minutes and see. Besides being GREAT to deal with, test drive the Outlander. It drives better than the Rogue and is crazy cheaper than Toyota. It is nicer inside too. Don't buy a turbo gas car. They don't last as long. Buy an Outlander from Lisandro and you will get the deal and be happy with your car.
