My wife and I bought two cars from BMW/MINI of Southampton. Our initional experience with walking into BMW of Southampton was of a total customer service experience from the salespeople to the management. Everyone took the time to assure us of our trade value and accommodating our needs for an X5 that I was in the market to lease. With some negotiation on both sides we were able to come to an amicable agreement that we were very happy with. During our time there my wife spoke with another lady who is a customer of the dealership who was awaiting the completion of a routine service of her MINI convertible and because it wasn't this woman's first MINI she was overjoyed about the car. On her recommendation we walked over to the showroom where we found a whole new car buying experience. It was fun, the environment was exciting and I never was more comfortable in buying a car before in my life. We had knowledgable staff and lots of laughs and even played a game of pool. I got to say we found a dealership that is just totaly awesome and it feels good when they remember your name when you come back to visit for first service visit. I just sorry I didn't write this review earlier but the memory is one I'll never forget!

2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I bought my first BMW in 2014. A new 640XI convertible... I have purchased many new vehicles including 5 Lexus 4LS models and 1 Sports coupe. The BMW was without a doubt the best. Now with regard to customer service as well as service departments (which is almost as important as the car model I select) Rallye BMW was without a doubt the best in both categories. So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. Mr. Fitzgerald, When you and Mrs. Fitzgerald can come in I will introduce you to my friend Angelo a sales Representative...We met Angelo, another great representative from Rallye BMW and now we are waiting for delivery. I highly recommend If you are looking to buy a new or used BMW you give Rallye BMW, located in Westbury NY a visit.

He truly listened and helped guide us to the best fit without any pressure. My husband had a question about the brakes, and the team at Toyota of Massapequa didn’t hesitate, they immediately reinspected the vehicle and even resurfaced and replaced the brake pads. That level of transparency and care meant a lot to us. As Nomaan said, “First is the best”, and in our case, the first car we saw in person ended up being the one. We are thrilled with our decision and love our new Highlander! We also worked with George, our financing associate, who did a fantastic job laying everything out clearly and ensuring our monthly payments stayed within budget. Both Nomaan and George were extremely warm and welcoming, it honestly felt like talking with family. Despite arriving close to closing time, we were never rushed, and they both took their time with us like we were their only customers. We’re beyond happy with our purchase and the overall experience.
