I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I completed the service request online and sent a text to Reesh to let him know I was come by. Once I arrive he too care of everything as always.

Dau was very communicative and extra friendly and accommodating. I took my entire bunch of five and they can sometimes be a handful. We all wanted to test drive the car together before we bought it. Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.

Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

After have had Mercedes since 1985 this is my First BMW. My 2024 x5 is a winner. I love almost all of it.. The only issue is the seats are not as good as the GLE Mercecedes. The Dealership is the Best!!! Avery and Gregg are as nice as they could be...

It was good, the slaes person and the geek scuat were very helpful, if we need more service in the future, we will return to them.

I had brought in my car to the McDavid dealership because I was having really serious issues with my steering wheel, noticing that it was getting stuck when I was turning. I thankfully had Tyler there to help me with everything, and he not only was super helpful and gave me plenty of updates about the car, but was also willing to initiate Goodwill coverage when I asked about it which helped me with finances a lot. They even were able to get the car done significantly faster than expected. Overall the service was great, I felt the communication was consistent and my car was very well taken care of during a time that was pretty stressful.
