New and used 2025 BMW X5 for sale near Ashton-Sandy Spring, MD

BMW in Annapolis provides excellent service and you quick service. The facility is very clean. The personnel are very friendly and accommodating. They treat you in a friendly matter.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

BMW of Annapolis is phenomenal. From us finding a car we lived on line, to our outstanding sales person Andrew to the best service contact ever, Jane, I can?t say enough how accommodating and easy they have made this purchase and follow up.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

Reoccurring suspension problem remains unresolved. Problem results in eating up tires in 20k miles of highway miles. Effects handling of car to some minor degree. Driver is a senior citizen. Fifty years of driving. No road or drag racing. No other drivers. Third BMW, never had this problem.

Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

The sales rep Lamar Johnson was outstanding. The service guy Chris was outstanding . Process was timely and efficient. When putting on my new license plates the service Chris gave me was excellent.

First SUV. This X5 is the best. Looks, ride, technology , athletic, and base motor is strong. This is my 6th BMW they just keep getting better..

I had a really positive experience with William Moore at Towson BMW when I bought my new car there earlier this month. William was great to deal with, very easygoing and no-pressure. He was knowledgeable and helpful! Oliver in the finance department was also remarkable competent and helpful. Highly recommend!

Facilities will be great when the renovation is complete. Until then, it?s a bit cramped inside and out. It has taken far too long.

I was very pleased with BMW of Sterling service department. I got in ok and then I received a Lyft ride back home and was promptly notified later that day via text that my vehicle was ready. At which time they arranged for another Lyft ride to pick me up from home and take me back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle!! Please keep this service!!!! He answered all my questions and we had a deal with in 3 hours over the phone including my trade in car. (i wanted the car for Christmas and he made it happen. We had a great experience at DARCARS Volvo in Fairfax. I reached out to confirm the availability of one of the used cars and Tim, the manager, quickly responded. We made an appointment for the next day and the car was out front ready for us. Tim referred us to Lonnell, who was very personable and straight forward. We were happy with the car and settled with their finance manager. Not huge space, but very comfortable and nice layout inside.

Julie was amazing and made the experience fast and smooth. She took care of the other issues with warranty. She also made me a future appointment with a loaner to take care of the chip in windshield. She is an asset in service department.

Needed recall work. Finished earlier than expected. Staff kept me informed throughout the process. Facilities are clean and modern. Coffee was good. Good overall experience.
