BMW of Wesley Chapel review
Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

2025 BMW X5 review
Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

2025 BMW X5 review
Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

He was able to work a desk within our budget and we came out of the dealership with a Brand new vehicle off the showroom floor. Calvin is a great asset to this company, always keeping the needs of his customers a priority. After we agreed to purchase a vehicle, Calvin turned us over to the finance manager, Marc, who was also very instrumental in ensuring we stayed within our budget. Marc was very easy to talk with and he explained the different maintenance programs Mercedes Benz had to offer.
