Overall very good experience. Attentive sales process, appropriate follow up and good financing offered thru BMW. Could have used more time going over all of the cars features and infotainment system. Only other issue was that car was delivered with substantially overinflated tire pressures - 48psi

It was a great experience working with Steve Yang at BMW of Catonsville. My fiancée and I are extremely busy with work and family and we don't have a lot of time to spare.  When we initially looked at BMW of Catonsville's inventory we didn't see the options we were looking for.  We let Steve know what options were important and Steve took it upon himself to look in BMW's inventory to find several cars that fit the criteria.  We identified the car and agreed on price and as they say the rest is history. New service area is fantastic however the chairs are uncomfortable. All service representatives were courteous and helpful and all service repairs were completed in a timely manner
