I purchased a 2021 Porsche Carrera S (with an Aerokit!!) and had it shipped to Texas in December of 2020. My salesman, Kent Hill, was wonderful to work with: very professional, prompt and courteous. The car was shipped a few days later and it arrived in flawless condition and detailed, along with all the paperwork, a Porsche tumbler and leather keychain. Sean Oliver, the finance manager, was also very prompt and helpful and made the buying process easy and seamless. Finally, a shoutout to Chris, the delivery driver! Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership because they are honest, upfront and ethical. Isringhausen is the dealership that others should emulate! Great visit for an oil change. My service advisor was prompt, scheduled everything efficiently, and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The dealership was clean, had coffee, and a big screen TV to watch. Everything felt like in premium experience ves when I take my domestic cars in for oil change.

Pleased with my sales purchase at BMW Tallahassee. I was assisted by Jessica Wade. Jessica went out of her way to help me get the information I asked for to make me feel comfortable about the used Toyota that I purchased. Jessica did extra video of the vehicle. This occurred at 8:30 pm and we agreed to reconvene the next day to discuss financing. BMW of Carlsbad sent the financing terms I had requested on my initial visit. We set an appt time for me to return and finalize the paperwork. I arrived to find a detailed car, full tank of gas and was in and out in under 1 hour.
