I came in about a repair to my 5 series BMW and while I was there waiting for the estimate, I took a few minutes to look around and found a new X3. I decided to purchase the new X3 instead of repairing my 5 series. James was tied up that morning with another client and they were a bit short handed so we just exchanged numbers.
