I even originally requested having my light control module configured in a particular way and originally they said it wasn’t possible so I asked why and he asked the foreman and he was able to address my concern.

Our 2020 Z4 had a recall notic e to replace the starter motor. Called BMW NW and got a next week appointment. Job was completed ahead of schedule plus they did a vehicle inspection and car wash. Service rep Luke was very helpful thru this process. Five Stars!
