This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. There's ample space, exceptional handling, and a range of engines from powerful to downright exhilarating (like the X5M).

Oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor Neal did a great job and the Starbucks coffee was great! I really like Sunshine Chevrolet. Also, recently my 2022 Trailblazer failed inspection and Neal and Josh worked with me on a timely fix and a loner car. Outstanding service . David Godchaux

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Been going to Norman in Service with BMW of Asheville since before 2011.... the fact that he is still there, let alone promoted to management, is a testament to the staff and management policies. Consistency is key in any business. Going above and beyond is what makes a service department excellent. Patrick took on Norman's old desk and clients without a hitch... even us high maintenance type of people!!!! His mechanical knowledge and experience puts you at ease with all those "under the hood thingamajiggies." He listens to what we have to say, even though my wife and I have little more to offer than descriptions of smells..... and the barrage of bingbongs that mean very little to us... some how the car is perfect again~ Thanks Patrick!!!!! and mr bossman Norman... This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

I highly recommend this dealership, the customer service is amazing, always friendly, helpful and courteous. I drive over an hour to get my vehicle serviced and the staff are always on top of it. Patrick is now my service representative and he is awesome, Norman Lacey was my original representative and he was awesome as well. Thanks to all who takes such good care of us.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Cannot tell you, this is the Place to buy a BMW. If you admire, love the cars , this is the place. From your service to your sales team, you will be so pleased. Beautiful cars, building, people you meet waiting for your car, it is all an experience. Anita Wood Asheville NC

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.
