We had a great experience buying our 2025 Ford Escape at Apple Ford Shakopee. The Senior Sales Rep, Tim Baird, was so professional and helpful and treated us like family. He went out of his way to explain many features of the vehicle that are new to us. We are senior citizens and were blessed to have Tim take care of us.

Wow, what can I say. It was meant for me to connect with Kent K. at Bedrock Motors. I had been in search of a 2013 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet convertible. I literally only made one call, and rushed over after work to test drive. After doing a quick exam under the hood, and checking the ground for leaks. I was feeling confident about purchasing this vehicle. Kent was nice to inform me he would not be on site, so I met Kip who was just as helpful. I offered to put down a deposit, but Kip indicated no need it will be held for you : ). I came back with my 2013 trade in vehicle, and received a great deal. I have NEVER in all my years of purchasing a vehicle from larger establishments, been as impressed as Bedrock Motors made me fill. Thank you.

I had purchased a new rims and tires for my BMW, which I actually purchased from Automation. The rims were installed but would have fallen off in no time. When I stopped by, Paul practically finished what he was doing and went over to diagnosed what I had told him. He got in the car and took a test drive. Upon his return, he was able to reinstall my rims correctly with great confidence/skill. One of the nuts had already fallen off the rear wheel. This was my first time shopping for a car at iDeal Auto and I have to say, it was one of the BEST car buying experiences I have ever had. Different from most other car dealers, in the BEST possible way, the staff was courteous not rude; patient not pressured; and informative not condescending. I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. Best dealer experience ever. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Even though I purchased a used vehicle, Kate treated me like I was an important customer and made a point to check in to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle. I had a small issue with my sunroof and Kate and Alex worked hard to make it right and make sure I had a good experience.
