I had to order my Forester and I had to wait for it for a few months. All the time I was kept in the loop and updated on the delivery date. The sales rep was friendly and very knowledgeable. When the vehicle arrived, he went through the purchasing process with me until all my questions were answered. The financing manager explained all aspects of the loan with me. A few days after I received the Foerster a rock hit my windshield and left a crack. The service department fixed it and gave me a free loaner car during the process. Iwas very pleased. We reached out right away and he was very helpful answering our questions. We ended up test driving it the day after Thanksgiving and then decided to buy it the following Wednesday. He was never pushy while we made up our minds on if we wanted to pay the price on that vehicle. Also the finance guy, skip was very friendly and super easy to work with. Their front desk lady (don’t have her name) is also super nice. She always greeted us warmly when we arrived and even took our picture with our new car:)! Overall a good experience.

2024 BMW X5 M review
If you're looking for a luxurious family hauler that can embarrass most sports cars between stop lights, you've come to the right place. The 2024 BMW X5M LCI is an amazing piece of engineering, able to defy physics with its 617-hp twin turbo V-8, massive tires and brakes, and adaptive suspension. It's no nimble sports car, but you'll be able to take more along for the ride, and bathe them in luxury while still taking your fair share of pink slips from unsuspecting, overly confident drivers who are unaware of what lurks underneath the hood. The price of admission is steep, and it takes a lot of gas to produce a 3.7 second 0-60, but its worth it. I get compliments on the Isle of Mann Green, which looks amazing in the sunlight. idrive 8 is a little buggy at times, but work pretty well on the massive screen. Overall, I'm happy with the vehicle. It ain't perfect, but what is? If you have the means, I suggest you pick one up.

2018 BMW X5 M review
This X5 M has just the right amount of amenities for me, and the V8 is sublime. I didn't get the lowest profile tires available, opting rather for ones that are a bit more comfortable. This is really a lovely vehicle. Note too that I got a 2019 model but the drop down menu only let me select 2018 as the most recent year.

This model has great power when needed, the interior is very comfortable with decent space. If I could change one thing it would be placement of the rear door opener which presently is on driver side door. To relocate the button to the middle console to be accessible to the passenger besides just the driver.

He identified a sales option that reduced the price by $4000 dollars and then helped negotiate a deal that met my target price. He also spent time with my wife and I to explain the vehicle operation. The sales manager was also very courteous and worked with me to get the a deal that worked for both of us. The BMW X5 drives great, it is smooth and quiet.
