Had the pleasure working with Ihsan Alhaffar. Can’t say enough but will be real clear; best salesman I’ve ever worked with, and that’s dozens and dozens of cars, from exotic to domestic. Bentley Indianapolis review
Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We noticed a Mercedes at Bentley down the street from the other dealership and called and spoke with Ihsan. We laid out what we were looking for on our trade in and Ihsan was able to work within reason on getting us close to what we wanted, with no hassle or games that some experience. The presentation of the car for the test drive was excellent, the communication was great, and the sales process was a smooth and pressure free as a buyer could ask for. Met the President and many other dealership personnel with everyone was so pleasant. You heard me right Car buying made enjoyable.
