Highly recommend Sami!!!! came here to look at a car but left with a different car that I’ve been wanting. So I’ve been here a few times before just to look since I live closer to BMW Monrovia, this time I left with a freakin new M3! Because of Sami, I will only be coming to New Century. I had a terminally flat tire on my X5, (a large bolt, likely courtesy of construction on a major highway) - fortunately, the X5 also has the OEM run-flats - drove in to Crevier about 9AM without an appointment, and despite a busy time, and not having an appointment, Paul Cox and the crew were able to get me scheduled for the swap and my next maintenance, a loaner, and on the road again in about 10 minutes. I assumed they’d have the car ready by end of day, but got the call before lunch, and was back on the road with my own car by 1pm. Quick work, no fuss. I’ve been going to Crevier since 2011, and likely to continue.
