My first BMW was a 1974 3.0CS. Superb driving machine all the rest, 740 IL, 540s, 550, Z4 3.5 and now an X54e. All great fun.

I came in today to see what was happening with my car and Mariana (my service advisor) was so welcoming, friendly and took care of me and my child while waiting on the status of my vehicle. Mariana also set up a driver to take us home (we don't stay close) and was very efficient. I forgot the name of the driver that took us home but he was friendly as well and held a nice conversation. Top tier customer service all around!

Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.

My sales guys Nairobi was great, delivered the car to me ant my daughters house where I was staying. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful! And went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during the buying process and explained things throughout and Thoroughly. I would definitely be a repeat customer.

Even on vacation he brokered the deal, arranged the test drive, and facilitated the process with his colleagues. I got a great deal and the entire process was seamless and transparent. I was in and out in less than 3 hours, including the text drive. They also arranged transport of my previous car back to my house. They?ve subsequently followed up to ensure I?m happy with the purchase and inquire as to any questions I may on the vehicle or service. Great process and great experience. A colleague lives near Sunrise Mountain but also purchased and services her BMW here because of the great service.
