Daniel is so friendly and always helpful. I always have a pleasant visit when I go for service. The wait was long but he always kept me in the loop as to how much longer it may be. Roger is great as well he?s been my sales person for about 7 years and always acknowledges me when I come in for service. BMW should be grateful to have these two employees working for the company.

My first BMW was a 1974 3.0CS. Superb driving machine all the rest, 740 IL, 540s, 550, Z4 3.5 and now an X54e. All great fun.

We just bought a BMW Xi from BMW of Warwick. Our salesman Vito is the BEST!! This is the second car Vito sold to us (the first was a BMW 230i convertible thata we still own) and Vito took great care of us throughout the process both times. Our BMW Genius David gave us a great tutorial on the new X-seris dashboard (no small task!). And Erin in financing made the pruchase process as painless as possible. My car oil change setting was never reset after oil change for 2 years in a row. Not sure why. Good customer service but I had better desk service few years ago. Been coming there for last 7-8 years

BMW of Norwood did a great job of taking care of our 2019 X3. Just a typical oil & filter change, plus a new battery. Hard to believe the original battery lasted since 2018 when the car came out of production. Pretty cool, could have gone longer, but figured better safe than sorry.

I worked with the Service Manager, Teresa, and service agent, Jennifer who were both very personable and went above and beyond to attend to my service needs and provide me with a lot of information that helped me make the best decision but working within my budget and even found discounts so that I could get everything that I needed to have done that day. I came in for a notice that My engine oil level was low. My oil had been changed at a non bmw service center the last time, who must not have been aware of the presence of the oil filter cap insert, a unique feature of bmws that is commonly discarded w oil filter changes . But this insert is essential to prevent oil pressure faults and potential engine failure. I was provided excellent service and I will only come to bmw Norwood from now on.
