the experience with gebhardt bmw was one of the best I have ever had with a dealership I had some credit issues but Jc Mullen (salesman) was an amazing person to work with he worked his fingers to the bone and it took about a week and a half but he managed to get it done for me all through phone calls and text messages I live about 240 miles from them and could not just run over there and figure it out but Jc got it done when I got to the dealership to pick up my new ride Jc was waiting with a handshake and paperwork ready to sign I then went to the finance managers office to finalize the deal and when going over the numbers I noticed there was some numbers that were not what I was quoted (keep reading) the original quote was for $164 a month when I went to sign the paperwork the new monthly payment was $147.99 a month I wasn't complaining but did ask why and was told "well is that a bad thing " and we had a laugh as I said no not at all they had found me a better interest rate from when I got approved to when I got to the dealership like I said all in all one of the best dealings with a dealership I have ever had truly a standup place with great people to deal with

Prior to my purchasing a 2024 BMW X5 plug in hybrid, I had both an electric and gas powered cars due to a fear of traveling long distances with an electric vehicle. I researched both traditional hybrid and plug in hybrid coming to conclusion that plug in was perfect for my needs. BMW X5 e had the longest range so I decided to purchase one a month ago. I have driven the car approximately 900 miles on one and a half tank of gas and several nightly charges. The quality of the car is exceptional and I love the performance. I would highly recommend this car.

My wife and I purchased a used 2015 Buick Enclave from Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC. We live in western Nebraska and saw the vehicle for sale on cars.com. I visited the Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC website directly and found the vehicle on there. There was a wide array of documents related to the vehicle right on the website. I was impressed with the transparency of the information that was offered. I was even able to access the vehicle’s Carfax right on the website. The vehicle was a one owner with a crystal-clear service record that had every single oil change, preventative service, and recall completed on schedule. Negotiations began though a series of phone calls and text messages. Our salesperson, Braden, was very nice and professional, but most of my contact during negotiations was with two of the sales managers, Andrew and Anthony. Both were equally transparent, straight-forward, and most of all very fair to negotiate with. Using only a total loss settlement we received from an accident, we had a limited budget to work with and they really knocked it out of the park! We drove out from Nebraska on Memorial Day weekend to test drive the Enclave and put the finishing touches on the negotiations. Everything went off without a hitch! Even though we paid for the vehicle in full that day, we still had to go through the finance office for all the sale documentation. Eric was fast and friendly, and we were on the road back to Nebraska by mid-day. Unfortunately, on the way home, we discovered an issue with the Enclave’s transmission. We were crushed and started panicking as to what to do. Used cars are sold as is, and we knew that going into the deal. We knew we couldn’t return the Enclave, so we drove it the rest of the way home. Brayden called us on Sunday to ask how we were liking the Enclave. I did not answer and did not return her call until Tuesday morning since it was Memorial Day weekend. I left a message for her explaining the transmission issue and that we were aware that it was sold as is. I then took the Enclave to a transmission shop and had it diagnosed. The Enclave needed a new transmission to the tune of $5,800, plus tax. I received a phone call from the sales manager Anthony and within 5 minutes he offered to pay for HALF of cost to replace the transmission! I sent him a copy of the invoice from the transmission shop, and I had a check in my hand by the end of the week! When I thanked Anthony, he told me, “Doing the right thing isn’t always easy, but we are always going to do the right thing”. Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC earned a life-long customer here and I will make that drive to buy from them again anytime! Thank you, Braden, Andrew, Eric and most of all, Anthony! Most dealers do not extend that range as it lowers prices. The company doesn’t take advantage of the current chip / auto storage. Their ethical business practices are reliable. They are cultivating clients, which is unheard of in the current used car climate of Northern Colorado. Overall customer relationship skills were excellent. I Bought a used car that was not ready to go when I flew in to pick it up because of a poor inspection. They worked hard get it right. But, it took awhile.

I've had this car for over a year now and I am generally impressed....drives great (even in snow), is quite comfortable, has lots of features, decent electronics, gets excellent mileage with and without the battery. Negatives: cheap "leather" interior, door sill is too wide to get out without getting dirt on the back of your leg (even without the options step), backup cross traffic safety is useless unless you are backing into a wall, and the hands-free lift gate is disabled if you get a trailer hitch. All fixable if BMW but some effort into it.
