Buying a car is usually stressful, but not at AUTO HUB. I came just to browse and left with a Toyota Highlander. It was the service, the calm vibe, and the quality that sold me. No chaos, no pressure. That’s rare.

Dealership was very nice and Louis was awesome to work with while negotiating our price. Also Alex was very nice and helpful during our time at the dealership finalizing the sale. I was very skeptical going into this sale because of many of the reviews I read online and the experience I had with other dealers leading up to find the car we were looking at this dealership. The only thing I would give slight criticism to was the length of time we were at this dealership, I felt like it could have moved along a little faster but hey, most car buying experiences are this way. With that said, the dealership looks amazing and from our experience was amazing. I would buy from them again.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

We live about 2 hours away and this crew was wonderful working with my wife to answer any concerns she had about the vehicle before we committed to the drive to look at the vehicle. Had a good experience overall but was disappointed to discover that this dealership added $3000 in extra unnecessary fees onto the price of the vehicle listed. This made the price more in line with other sellers. So, it made the deal less enticing. Nevertheless, I was able to negotiate the removal of $1500 of the $3000 so, I did ultimately purchase the vehicle. The rest of the transaction went well. I very much appreciated working with my salesman Tony. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and was easy to deal with. I would recommend this dealer but would advise customers to look very carefully at their offer sheets before signing on the bottom line.
