I had a great experience with David Williams at Ourisman Kia Bethesda recently when buying a used Ioniq. He was extremely straightforward, helpful, and great to work with. Highly recommend. Best car buying experience in decades. There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again. Second X6. Very comfortable and confident auto. Tried others - Mercedes, Land Rover and came away wanting the X6 again. Nice and tight, full of more functions than truly necessary and safety is evident. I look for every opportunity to drive this vehicle and I have enjoyed every mile. No surprises. It just does what it is supposed to do - very comfortably!

The 35i is a great reliable version of the 50i but still have issues. They are a pleasure to drive and turns heads everywhere. I had to replace the valve cover, valve cover gasket, oil cooler gasket and the oil filter housing gasket immediately after purchasing the car. The dealer wanted $3000 but I did the work myself for $250 in parts. It wasn't an easy job. I still need to replace the leaking turbo oil return line.

BMW always sets the standard when it comes to every detail of car inside and out. My red interior is an eye catcher. I just wish after market exterior parts are easy to find for this kind of car. Other than that, it's a great looking car.

Listed cons are true. Back seat small, cargo area small; however, gas mileage better than listed. Average 25+ mpg on the highway. Never ridden in the back seat; but at 6'2'' would be a challenge. Great acceleration and very fund to drive. Original tires are a little soft; however, I just replaced original tires at 43,000 miles with same type of original equipment.

This dealership has the best used cars. Customer service was incredible. I reccomend this place if you are looking for a good used car.

i bought my x6 xdrive 35i in july of 2023 with 40,000 miles for $32,000. i couldn't be happier. drives like a dream, is super comfortable, has very decent gas mileage, i love the looks and i've always done all my vehicle servicing and repairs since high school (i'm 69...so i've passed my learning curve), so repair and/or service costs aren't really a concern for me. the only complaint i have is the staggered size tires with no spare. as it's an all-wheel drive, and i bought it for its all-wheel drive ability, i obviously need "all-season" tires. the issue: the car came with run-flats WHICH ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN SUMMER TIRES at these two different 20" sizes. also, when buying staggered size tires, they aren't possible to rotate which halves the tire warranty. 😖😖😖
