I dealt with Ray Romo at McGrath City Honda. From the moment I met him he and the staff were friendly and inviting. Helped complete a deal without any headache. Overall very satisfied with the process. Would look to them for future car purchases.

I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a safer car. A 4 tires lost air pressure in the cold snap 3 bounced back when it warmed and one didn't. They found a leak and repaired it. A damaged suspension component was also found. That was likely something missed by the body shop that repaired a minor fender bender last year. I was also given a ride home and a pick up when the need for extra work was determined. Great service, highly recommend.

Oil change went well. They did brake fluid and rotate tires. All went fine. Did take over three hours and I did have s as n appointment

Second X6. Very comfortable and confident auto. Tried others - Mercedes, Land Rover and came away wanting the X6 again. Nice and tight, full of more functions than truly necessary and safety is evident. I look for every opportunity to drive this vehicle and I have enjoyed every mile. No surprises. It just does what it is supposed to do - very comfortably!

Listed cons are true. Back seat small, cargo area small; however, gas mileage better than listed. Average 25+ mpg on the highway. Never ridden in the back seat; but at 6'2'' would be a challenge. Great acceleration and very fund to drive. Original tires are a little soft; however, I just replaced original tires at 43,000 miles with same type of original equipment.

I went in for an oil change and spark plug replacement. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was provided with a loaner car while my car was being serviced. Alex Harter went above and beyond to assist me with this entire process. She was very friendly, helpful, and exhibited excellent communication and support. My X6 has been the perfect combination of a luxury SUV and a cushy BMW sedan. I didn't want some big clunky SUV but wanted something a little larger than my BMW 535 . I chose the X6 because it's a very cool looking vehicle with excellent performance and handling. plenty of legroom, both front and back, good space for carrying stuff, and all the creature comforts of a well-appointed BMW sedan. I'd buy my X6 all over again!
