Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. Second X6. Very comfortable and confident auto. Tried others - Mercedes, Land Rover and came away wanting the X6 again. Nice and tight, full of more functions than truly necessary and safety is evident. I look for every opportunity to drive this vehicle and I have enjoyed every mile. No surprises. It just does what it is supposed to do - very comfortably!

I absolutely love my x6! I bought her 3 years used, and still drives like new years later. I enjoy the heated seats but mostly sport mode- she growls! Amazing. The x6 has less sway than it’s “brother” the x5 due to the coupe shape, with a lower center of gravity. Haven’t had to take her in for anything but annual maintenance. Dream suv

Khan is the new manager at Infiniti of Glendale and he took care of our recent lease return and new purchase personally. The TLDR is that they are reliable, responsive and responsible. The longer story is that I'm in Texas so there were some concerns and potential challenges in navigating this process. We were able to FaceTime to do a walk through of the vehicle. The paperwork I needed to sign showed up at my house Monday morning. I sent it back the same morning. It's hard to believe I started the process on a Friday and I actually had the vehicle in my possession exactly 1 week later. We had 1 potential problem as the vehicle showed up with some minor damage. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't hesitate to cover the cost. You learn more about the character of a business when you encounter a problem and they showed that they care about their reputation and they care about the satisfaction of their customers. I'm very pleased with Platinum Autohaus and I'm really enjoying my car!

BMW always sets the standard when it comes to every detail of car inside and out. My red interior is an eye catcher. I just wish after market exterior parts are easy to find for this kind of car. Other than that, it's a great looking car.

My X6 has been the perfect combination of a luxury SUV and a cushy BMW sedan. I didn't want some big clunky SUV but wanted something a little larger than my BMW 535 . I chose the X6 because it's a very cool looking vehicle with excellent performance and handling. plenty of legroom, both front and back, good space for carrying stuff, and all the creature comforts of a well-appointed BMW sedan. I'd buy my X6 all over again!

i bought my x6 xdrive 35i in july of 2023 with 40,000 miles for $32,000. i couldn't be happier. drives like a dream, is super comfortable, has very decent gas mileage, i love the looks and i've always done all my vehicle servicing and repairs since high school (i'm 69...so i've passed my learning curve), so repair and/or service costs aren't really a concern for me. the only complaint i have is the staggered size tires with no spare. as it's an all-wheel drive, and i bought it for its all-wheel drive ability, i obviously need "all-season" tires. the issue: the car came with run-flats WHICH ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN SUMMER TIRES at these two different 20" sizes. also, when buying staggered size tires, they aren't possible to rotate which halves the tire warranty. 😖😖😖

Listed cons are true. Back seat small, cargo area small; however, gas mileage better than listed. Average 25+ mpg on the highway. Never ridden in the back seat; but at 6'2'' would be a challenge. Great acceleration and very fund to drive. Original tires are a little soft; however, I just replaced original tires at 43,000 miles with same type of original equipment.
