Sales, Service and Financial and Genuis was great no complaints, Great Customer Service, Answer all my questions and i got what vehicle I really wanted

I ended up not purchasing a vehicle but from the first phone call with Rodrick King I was treated professionally and courteously. We discussed what I was looking for and how an out of state purchase would work. He communicated promptly and knowledgeably. What struck the me the most was at the end of our first call he stated, "Let me go to work for you". Not what I had been greeted by at other "'dealerships".

I can always count on BMW Of CLEAR LAKE to deliver amazing world  class service. Every visit in the last 10 years have been stress free. Kudos to Omar and Fidel and their total customer service attitude of always willing to help when needed by all the service staff especially the teams effort to resolve the window fogging issue. I could not be happier with this dealership.

I cannot recommend this location enough after the excellent service and very good experience I had with my first time financing a vehicle. Cesar Rodriguez and Raul Silva both worked with me to find a vehicle that suited my needs within my price range. These gentleman were extremely patient and professional when handling the sale. I absolutely love my x6! I bought her 3 years used, and still drives like new years later. I enjoy the heated seats but mostly sport mode- she growls! Amazing. The x6 has less sway than it’s “brother” the x5 due to the coupe shape, with a lower center of gravity. Haven’t had to take her in for anything but annual maintenance. Dream suv

i bought my x6 xdrive 35i in july of 2023 with 40,000 miles for $32,000. i couldn't be happier. drives like a dream, is super comfortable, has very decent gas mileage, i love the looks and i've always done all my vehicle servicing and repairs since high school (i'm 69...so i've passed my learning curve), so repair and/or service costs aren't really a concern for me. the only complaint i have is the staggered size tires with no spare. as it's an all-wheel drive, and i bought it for its all-wheel drive ability, i obviously need "all-season" tires. the issue: the car came with run-flats WHICH ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN SUMMER TIRES at these two different 20" sizes. also, when buying staggered size tires, they aren't possible to rotate which halves the tire warranty. 😖😖😖

I took my vehicle to Advantage BMW Midtown for oil change. The service advisor, Rosie was great to work with. She was very courteous and helpful.

Was in need for 1/2 and 3/4 tons service trucks for my company and once located and reached out to the dealership I was fortunate to work with a great salesperson Robert Winter. He was very thorough and responsive and helped my get 7 new trucks.

Oil change service was good. Scheduling is fast. The service rep is professional. Good dealership. Nothing bad to say, complimentary car wash was nice. Please don?t force people to write at least 25 words for your survey.
