They have a good service. Some of the salespeople are rude though. It has a sitting area, free wi-fi, and free coffee. You might find some good deals.

My X6 has been the perfect combination of a luxury SUV and a cushy BMW sedan. I didn't want some big clunky SUV but wanted something a little larger than my BMW 535 . I chose the X6 because it's a very cool looking vehicle with excellent performance and handling. plenty of legroom, both front and back, good space for carrying stuff, and all the creature comforts of a well-appointed BMW sedan. I'd buy my X6 all over again!

My service advisor, Ben Simpson is such a great guy. Super easy to work with, communicates clearly every step of the way, and he makes it easy. My car was ready early--even though they did more than I asked to make sure my wife would be safe when she was back on the road. Also, Vincent does such a great job when I first get there--making sure I'm being helped. He always makes me feel welcome. Excellent service--best I've experienced in my 30 years of automobile ownership.
