Good all around experience. The personal service, courteous attitude, drop-off experience and thorough addressing of all my concerns was the best I've seen in quite awhile. The dealership/service department made me and my wife feel like we were their best friends. Also greatly appreciated a thorough explanation of how each item was addressed. There were 5 or 6 issues that needed attention.

William (JR) has been a phenomenal service rep. He’s always responsive, communicative and thoroughly go over all my service needs and cost. Breakdown my car most priority services that’s needed for my next service. Always a seamless process from initial entry.

Prompt curtious no hassles, no surprises, the car I was looking to buy at a price that was mutually agreable. The sales reps were informed and courtious as was the Genius who showed me the ins and outs of the new interface.

Kevin Pleus has been my “go to guy” for all my car services. He’s extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to make sure the whole process is seamless and efficient! He’s also really genuine and is happy to answer all the questions I have about my car and my son’s car as well, even if the cars aren’t being serviced! Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

BMW always sets the standard when it comes to every detail of car inside and out. My red interior is an eye catcher. I just wish after market exterior parts are easy to find for this kind of car. Other than that, it's a great looking car.

I just bought one week ago with low miles it's worth it every penny u spend on it I have the infiniti fx35 also love it but I always want this car n finally have both the bowers on bmw woooooow the ride the shape n that curves xxx lol LOVE IT I'm sleeping in my x6 just the way I love iiiiiitttttttt .people use to tell me no need this car to much $$$ u know what it is worth it to spend ur saving money for it .
