I will begin the 5-star review by naming all the wonderful people we have worked with at this relaxed yet professional Delarahip: Fabian 🤩 Robert aka “Bob” 😎 Will and Dylan 👍 👍 It’s not common for me to say, “I just don’t know where to begin…” when it comes to excellent customer service, professionalism and patience. This team is well informed, willing to help, did I mention patient?! We all know how it can be when you go to a Dealership…salesman can be pushy because the product is likely subpar. Well, that wasn’t our experience AT ALL. They made us feel like they truly wanted to find out our needs so they knew the best way to accommodate our family. They Delivered!!! Additionally, when you purchase a brand new car with all these amazing features, it’s not uncommon for it to have some hiccups as you get used to the systems. Well, we didn’t have to work through the hiccups alone. “Bob” 😃 along with an amazing service tech, FaceTimed me…yes he FaceTimed us in order to be able to walk my husband and I through our CarPlay mistake (my words NOT his of course. It was our mistake) 😉. Additionally, Fabian is a chill, yet extremely professional guy and we LOVE working with him as well. We were not able to come up with a deal. The dealership was firm on their asking price. Although a few days later they did reach out to say that they had dropped the price, unfortunately I had already completed a deal with another dealership.

Second X6. Very comfortable and confident auto. Tried others - Mercedes, Land Rover and came away wanting the X6 again. Nice and tight, full of more functions than truly necessary and safety is evident. I look for every opportunity to drive this vehicle and I have enjoyed every mile. No surprises. It just does what it is supposed to do - very comfortably!

I absolutely love my x6! I bought her 3 years used, and still drives like new years later. I enjoy the heated seats but mostly sport mode- she growls! Amazing. The x6 has less sway than it’s “brother” the x5 due to the coupe shape, with a lower center of gravity. Haven’t had to take her in for anything but annual maintenance. Dream suv

This is my third (1) 5.0 2(M) BMW X6 and this next GEN has taken it to another level with all the goodies int/ext that one could ask for.

This car is much more comfortable than other mid-size SUVs we test drove. Luxurious seating and small details that sets this car apart from the competition. Very sleek look! AND when you want to "giddy up" - it giddies up and GOES! The engine power is awesome!

As someone who had just immigrated from Korea, I had to purchase a used car due to budget constraints. While I would have loved to buy a BMW, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe that BMW had taken in as a trade-in. The dealer I worked with, Gennaro, was exceptionally kind and responsible—so much so that he genuinely influenced my perception of BMW as a brand. One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle over cars from general used-car dealers was the trust I had in BMW’s basic inspection and standards. However, the way Gennaro handled everything afterward gave me even greater confidence that I had made the right decision. Having just arrived in the U.S., everything felt unfamiliar and overwhelming at times, but this experience reminded me that there are truly good people here. Honestly, when the time comes for me to change cars in the future, I sincerely hope to return to BMW and purchase a new car from Gennaro. I would even say that owning a BMW through him has become one of my mid- to long-term goals for my life as an immigrant over the next five years.
