I absolutely love my x6! I bought her 3 years used, and still drives like new years later. I enjoy the heated seats but mostly sport mode- she growls! Amazing. The x6 has less sway than it’s “brother” the x5 due to the coupe shape, with a lower center of gravity. Haven’t had to take her in for anything but annual maintenance. Dream suv

My X6 has been the perfect combination of a luxury SUV and a cushy BMW sedan. I didn't want some big clunky SUV but wanted something a little larger than my BMW 535 . I chose the X6 because it's a very cool looking vehicle with excellent performance and handling. plenty of legroom, both front and back, good space for carrying stuff, and all the creature comforts of a well-appointed BMW sedan. I'd buy my X6 all over again!

Id like to start by saying that i dont normally write reviews but im home super happy with my BMW. I spoke to Nader on June 30 and made an appointment for the following day. Within 2 hours of me getting there i drove out with my dream car. I can’t say enough about how happy i am. My car is everything and more of what I expected. When it’s time for my trade in i hope Nader is still there. I enjoyed the whole experience. Btw, this is the second car that I’ve bought from Beverly Hills.

Sporty, comfortable, well built and reliable. The X6 is a terribly underrated machine. I'd buy it all over again. Best in its class and enjoying every mile in it.

My mom and I went to at least 4 dealers before coming to Showroom Auto, I was in the market for a Lexus IS350 F-sport and we found a beautiful vehicle at Showroom Auto but it wasn't the car that made us purchase here, it was the interaction. 5 star experience with Rallye BMW and John Botti! John went above and beyond in every possible way. I reached out to him back in April to inquire about pricing/availability on the X1 and X3. My fiancé and I both wanted to switch to BMW when our Audi and Honda leases ended. John promptly answered my initial email within an hour, and subsequent to that first email, I think we have over 200 emails in total. We went through options and pricing, and then John had me custom build the cars we wanted through BMW's website. The deal he came up with was amazing for the 2 cars. Audi could not even come close to matching what he was giving me (and I was driving a fully loaded Audi Q5). We sent the build codes over to John and then he called me and went through each and every feature on both models to make sure we had everything we needed and nothing we didn't want. We talked through it all and decided on the final builds. John then placed the orders for us. He kept in constant communication with when the cars were scheduled to arrive and notified us once the cars were in. The process was completely seamless. We met with finance manager Charlie when I got my X3 last week, and met with Hassan today when picking up my fiancé's X1. Both managers were professional and easy to work with. We were in and out of their offices in 10 minutes. The genius guys showed us how to use and set up all the features, pair our phones, etc. Everyone is wearing a mask at all times. When you enter the dealership you have to fill out a form regarding COVID and sanitize your hands. They offer a box of "clean" pens. Once you use the pen, you put it in the "used" box after. They are definitely taking all precautions and safety measures. I can't recommend BMW enough. I drove a fully loaded Audi Q5 for 3 years and it truly does not even compare to my fully loaded X3. The X3 handles incredibly better on turns, accelerates better, and the interior is far nicer. The CarPlay connects wirelessly and the use of the entire system is seamless. I honestly didn't know how to use half of the functions on my Q5 for 3 years. The X3 is a superior car and I am so happy we made the switch to BMW! Thank you again John Botti- you are truly the best. Customer service was certainly above and beyond anything we could have expected.

My husband and I have bought cars in the past, and were always left with a bad taste in our mouth. Biener Audi in Great Neck was the exact opposite experience. They did not try to push us into buying, they were considerate and extremely thorough through the entire process. We went to the dealership to test drive the Audi Q7 and did not intend on buying the same day. We wanted to get as much information as we could before discussing it and making a decision. Our salesperson, Danny, could not be more friendly or accommodating. He answered all of our questions and guided us professionally. When we advised that we would not be buying that day, he was understanding and did not make us feel pressured or act like the typical salesperson. The next day, we went back to the dealership and bought our new truck in a timely manner. Our 2 year old was with us through the entire process and everything still went very smoothly. Furthermore, the facility is extremely well kept. There is ample space for customers to sit and wait. We eventually went and sat in the service area where they offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and a wonderful woman came by to give my son a coloring but and crayons! Our family could not be happier with our first experience buying a luxury car. We know we made the right choice with Biener Audi.

TJ was very helpful and responsive. And very understanding as to why I didn’t want to take all of their recommendations since my car is a 2011 and I’m not sure how much longer I’m going to keep it. Thank you again!

Everything was straight forward and easy . Went back a few hours later and met with the wonderful finance person and drove home in exactly the BMW I wanted . What more can anyone ask for !!

I bought my first BMW in 2014. A new 640XI convertible... I have purchased many new vehicles including 5 Lexus 4LS models and 1 Sports coupe. The BMW was without a doubt the best. Now with regard to customer service as well as service departments (which is almost as important as the car model I select) Rallye BMW was without a doubt the best in both categories. So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. Mr. Fitzgerald, When you and Mrs. Fitzgerald can come in I will introduce you to my friend Angelo a sales Representative...We met Angelo, another great representative from Rallye BMW and now we are waiting for delivery. I highly recommend If you are looking to buy a new or used BMW you give Rallye BMW, located in Westbury NY a visit.
