I needed air in my tire. Went to the dealership without my key fob. Turns out I needed a new tire rather than just air. Service would not change the tire without having the key fob. I insisted that the digital key on my phone would be just fine. Once we got past that hurdle, the work was done promptly. No complaints.

My X6 has been the perfect combination of a luxury SUV and a cushy BMW sedan. I didn't want some big clunky SUV but wanted something a little larger than my BMW 535 . I chose the X6 because it's a very cool looking vehicle with excellent performance and handling. plenty of legroom, both front and back, good space for carrying stuff, and all the creature comforts of a well-appointed BMW sedan. I'd buy my X6 all over again!

Sporty, comfortable, well built and reliable. The X6 is a terribly underrated machine. I'd buy it all over again. Best in its class and enjoying every mile in it.

Listed cons are true. Back seat small, cargo area small; however, gas mileage better than listed. Average 25+ mpg on the highway. Never ridden in the back seat; but at 6'2'' would be a challenge. Great acceleration and very fund to drive. Original tires are a little soft; however, I just replaced original tires at 43,000 miles with same type of original equipment.

Just took delivery of my second purchase from Ultimo in 4 and a half years. Both times they treated me with respect and transparency. Their service department is easy to work with as well. I live out of state but visit the area quite often due to work and every time I am in I get my maintenance service done there as my local Mercedes dealer charges an arm and a leg even for an oil change. i bought my x6 xdrive 35i in july of 2023 with 40,000 miles for $32,000. i couldn't be happier. drives like a dream, is super comfortable, has very decent gas mileage, i love the looks and i've always done all my vehicle servicing and repairs since high school (i'm 69...so i've passed my learning curve), so repair and/or service costs aren't really a concern for me. the only complaint i have is the staggered size tires with no spare. as it's an all-wheel drive, and i bought it for its all-wheel drive ability, i obviously need "all-season" tires. the issue: the car came with run-flats WHICH ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN SUMMER TIRES at these two different 20" sizes. also, when buying staggered size tires, they aren't possible to rotate which halves the tire warranty. 😖😖😖
