The customer service received rivaled and surpassed any that you would receive at any Big brand luxury Dealership. Our purchase was reasonable and at fair market value. All of the cars are in pristine condition, so the search for one vehicle could have you challenged in selecting just one. We purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4 Matic that had just been received and had several inquiries already. The experience with Murad was wonderful, a true salesman who put us at ease with his cheerful and comical personality. To note every person we encountered here was a true professional and made us feel like a long time customer and a friend of the business. i bought my x6 xdrive 35i in july of 2023 with 40,000 miles for $32,000. i couldn't be happier. drives like a dream, is super comfortable, has very decent gas mileage, i love the looks and i've always done all my vehicle servicing and repairs since high school (i'm 69...so i've passed my learning curve), so repair and/or service costs aren't really a concern for me. the only complaint i have is the staggered size tires with no spare. as it's an all-wheel drive, and i bought it for its all-wheel drive ability, i obviously need "all-season" tires. the issue: the car came with run-flats WHICH ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN SUMMER TIRES at these two different 20" sizes. also, when buying staggered size tires, they aren't possible to rotate which halves the tire warranty. 😖😖😖
