The most recent service i received was excellent and prompt. Came in for a routine maintenance which went very smoothly and was offered a nice discount by Mike the service advisor.

I went in for a recall and the work was done as required with no issues. I feel the work was done properly and on time as stated.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

Great experience at Bill Jacobs BMW. Christian Johnson was fantastic through the entire process. He was informative and not overbearing as I explored my options early in the year. It made the experience just right. After the order was in, he kept me updated through the months. Delivery was the best part, of course, with me finally getting my car.
