Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

In fall of 2023 I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here. I was afraid of getting a beaten car but this one is as new: 4WD works right, the transmission doesn’t hesitate in traffic. I’ve taken it into mud a couple times and nothing crunches. They told me up front I’d likely need brakes soon, and that’s exactly how it went.

The best handled large SUV I ‘ve ever drive. Much better than my previous large Mercedes SUV. Or my previous Land Rover Some of the plastic adornments outside looks cheap.

Vinny, Michael, and Andrea at VML Motors are the most reputable and easy to work with car dealers I have ever met. They made the process of buying the car as easy as it could be. After purchasing the car we noticed some damage that we had all missed but was noticed by the shipping company. Upon noticing the damage Michael and Vinny profusely apologized for missing the damage and were quick to make it right. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is thinking about doing business with them.

Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.

Our negotiations were straightforward, he facilitated getting the car to a shop for a pre-purchase inspection I’d setup and also contacted a company for me to get a temporary wrap for the car to be protected on my drive home back to NC (shout out to Alex and the guys over at ONEighty who fit me in on short notice. Thank you!). Once I got in town at Staten Island, Alfredo’s team was super accommodating and welcoming as well. Thanks are also due to Adam (owner), Sha (social media), Arty (Swiss army knife lol) and everyone else that made me feel like part of the team. This was a great experience. Purchasing here is highly recommended and I would shop here again.

My car has most options that are available, I don't have the rear wheel steering only because it wasn't available to me at the time. Over all I love the drive, comfort and styling in and out. I wish they would have left the full size shifter instead of just a knob for shifting. Also on the rear doors they removed the courtesy door lights, you do have the lights that illuminate your path as you approach the vehicle. And it would be nice if when you order the trailer hitch you can steal use the kick to open the rear hatch. This vehicle has so many features that youtube can help with. I would buy another one.

Very straight forward and honest dealership to work with, which is a pleasure in todays climate! I inquired for a newer Mercedes G63 I found online. A quick phone call and I was emailed all the service records and CarFax and a very detailed email with high resolution photos (not small pixeled photos to hide imperfections like others). Overall as an out of state buyer I was thrilled and received the car exactly as described, and received practically a new car at a discount! I had a terrible experience with Michael D’oleia he is a terrible representative to Lynne’s Nissan service, he just try’s to take advantage and rip you off, he needs yo brush up on his helping skills very nasty man. Unfortunately I got Jonathan Nguyen afterwards and he was terrific representative and help me with no problems, he knows his job!
