Visited to test drive through Costco Auto program. Monica was prompt in connecting and arranging a test drive. Since she was occupied with a customer, Olya assisted. She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. Negotiated a fair deal and the following day Olya drove 30mins to our house to sync our phones with the car and demonstrate the digital functions of the car! Great experience from beginning to end

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

They give great service everytime without fail. My service advisor Sergio is the best there is. I can always count on him to let me know what's going on with my car and what I need to keep it running in tip top shape.

Highly recommend Sami!!!! came here to look at a car but left with a different car that I’ve been wanting. This dealership was honest and up front with me. I was interested in a truck. I sent a email about it, they responded very quickly and seemed interested in assisting. Before I got to the dealer the truck was sold. No problem with that. Someone got their first. What I liked is the dealer let me know before making a 80 mile drive the truck was gone. Went in there for an oil change. Even though I had an appointment, waiting time was over two hours. Still, the overall experience was great. Nice waiting area with coffee and snacks!
