This is my 5th lease with Crevier BMW, and my sales associate Peter was amazing as always. Knowing I might be over in mileage, he was able to get me out of my lease early and into a new vehicle. He went out of his way to come in on his day off in order to get the deal closed. I was in and out of the dealership in two hours flat. For a mother with two kids, I don’t have a lot of time, so I very much appreciated the speedy process. Peter was helpful and super friendly but this dealer didn’t tell me the car needs a brake job and on the freeway driving home I noticed that it did. Steering wheel was shaking and vibrating when u hit the brakes while going 70mph, lower speeds not so much. Also somehow my loan that I was pre approved with chase was declined and I went with bmws loan. 63440 price tag I put 40800 down and some how I owe them 37k now. Mean while there is a spacer on the back tires and on the freeway u hear this load noise and feels like your driving an off-road truck.

When I need to get my car serviced I wouldn't take my car anywhere else but BMW of Ontario. My advisor Sergio always makes sure everything is taken care of. He always makes me feel like I'm high priority.

Visited to test drive through Costco Auto program. Monica was prompt in connecting and arranging a test drive. Since she was occupied with a customer, Olya assisted. She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. I started searching for a certified 2019, BMW X3, last October 2020. Through CARS.com I found several places within 100 miles from my home. I then started the elimination process based on equipment packages, price, miles driven, etc. Once I found the car that came closed to what I wanted I contacted that dealership, in this case, McKenna BMW. Immediately I received an email from a salesman named Stanley and we talked about my expectations, what I was looking for, and how I wanted to handle a purchase if everything I wanted was met by the dealer. Stanley was humble, professional, honest and more importantly he listened to my requests and concerns. With the information I provided him with he searched his inventory and found me a 2020, BMW X3, with only 5K miles (demo car) with the packages I was looking for. The price was also only $1400 more than an older model with more miles. He provided me with all the necessary info and websites available to start a purchase process with the understanding that not until I saw and test drove the car that I would make my final decision. We then set an appointment date and time to finally meet and see the car. I live approximately 89 to 101 miles from the dealership so I did not want to waste my time or the dealership’s, I wanted everything to be easy and ready for a final decision. Upon arrival at the dealership we were met by nice friendly people and then finally met Stanley and his manager. They never pressured me into buying the car, they explained the purchase process, warranty, etc. The BMW was what I had been looking for, I test drove it and because we had initiated the purchase process days prior (finance approval, down payment, and monthly payments) the rest of the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. I want to thank CARS.com for making my vehicle search a fun and easy one and I especially want to thank McKenna BMW for working with me to find me the car I’ve been dreaming about for the last 4 months.
