I recently bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid from Sun Toyota. My experience was not short of wonderful. Chris Robinson helped me find my dream car and was more than fair with the trade in price for the Camry that I was trading in. Everyone from Chris to the guys in finance and service were so nice and professional. I have been buying cars from Sun Toyota for almost 15 years and have always received excellent treatment. This time was no different, but I have to acknowledge Chris Robinson for making everything so easy and smooth. The whole process took less than two hours. I drove off the lot with my new Camry Hybrid, and all my Bluetooth devices set up for me (thanks to Chris). Responded right away to my email. Talked to salesman and asked for pictures, no pictures on website, and did not receive them; this was early morning. After several hours of not hearing anything , I sent another email/text and heard that another salesman was in process of selling the car.

Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

Aside from the fact that the Mini Cooper is far superior to other small cars in its class, the service provided by the Wesley Chapel dealership is second to none. We're not great fans of car shopping and seriously dislike being pressured by sales folks. What a pleasant surprise for us to meet up with Chris Alba. Chris was exceedingly patient, friendly and professional in every way. He spent far more time listening and learning about our likes & dislikes than would ever be expected. We felt that he was actually trying to help us find the perfect ride as opposed to simply trying to make a sale. After considering our specific wants and needs, he showed us many possible options. However, he was not able to produce the exact car we wanted for the price we were able to pay. When we told him that we would need to continue our search, he was as polite and affable as ever. Chris expressed none of the blatant disappointment that so often follows a no-sale . Instead he spent the next day or so looking for the perfect match for our needs. Voila ... he found the right car at the right price within an exceptionally short period of time. The timeline went like this: we dropped by on a Saturday afternoon and by the following Tuesday we were the proud owners of the perfect vehicle. We love our "new" preowned Mini and look forward to a continuing positive relationship with Chris and the Mini Cooper dealership of Wesley Chapel. Chris Alba really did go the extra mile (& perhaps farther) for us and we are sincerely grateful. I would be remiss if I didn't at least mention Travis Moll, the gentleman who finalized our paperwork. He too was delightful to work with and made the testy job of signing all those documents an enjoyable experience. The best handled large SUV I ‘ve ever drive. Much better than my previous large Mercedes SUV. Or my previous Land Rover Some of the plastic adornments outside looks cheap.

Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

Just got my Passat TDI here and had an awesome experience. The sales staff were all helpful, the atmosphere was relaxing and accommodating. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.

Best SUV I have leased so far. Drives like a car, seats are awesome. I have the M Sport options. Didint feel like waiting for the M60. Everything this SUV offers is top of the line and feels like it. The two bad things though, is the climate control system is part of the infotainment system. Very annoying to operate. You have to control everyting from the touch screen. The other bad thing is BMW's need to electrify the folding and moving of the 2nd and 3rd row. If its raining, youre pretty much standing in the rain for 30 seconds as the seats move around to let you in the third row. I have 22"'s and it rides pretty smooth, was expecting a harder ride.

My 2024 is AMAZING! This is my 2nd X7 and I LOVE it. It’s not only comfortable to drive, it’s also a pleasure to be the passenger as well.

I live 2.5 hours away and agreed to a deal over the phone. Yesterday I drove over and purchased the vehicle and I am very pleased with the whole experience. Extremely helpful and I purchased a used BMW X5 and it extremely well taken care of. The help from staff setting up the car was great, sales people and the finance department were a joy to work wil.

I purchased this car for my wife a few months ago now, and it has been a joy to own thus far. The car is very spacious (even for myself at 6'7" and 285 pounds) and carries our two children in the back without any distress due to the power function in the second row, something that doesn't always occur when I'm in the driver's seat of almost any other car. The seats are extremely comfortable, and it's both quiet in comfort mode and performs better than many would expect in sport mode, even as a 40i model with the 6-cylinder. While I prefer the pre-facelift X7 we owned before this one in terms of the front end, the rest of the car is an improvement without question.

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!
