We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

I love this vehicle! The cold water package, assisted driving, and executive package are great. The car drives very well for what I wanted and the 3rd row seating isn’t bad either. I had no issues getting in the back and I like how the 2nd row stops and adjust once it feels your knees. I’m not sure I’ll get tired of this car anytime soon.

Overall, I had a good experience here. My sales rep, Miguel, was fantastic. He was very personable and accommodating. I came in with a specific car in mind that I found online. I was able to test drive it right away and bought the car that same day. My trade-in process was pretty seamless as well. I felt I got a fair price and they handled everything. I felt like they were a little unwilling to work with me on the price of the car that I was buying as well as some of the add-ons and other fees. But what can you do? My one complaint would be about the manager that was working that day. I could overhear them discussing my situation with the trade-in and my requests for negotiation, and it was quite disrespectful not just to me, but to the sales rep as well. If I was working directly with that individual, I would not have bought the car. I am not lowering my review because as I said, I thought my rep was fantastic, but I will remember that the next time I want to buy a car.

This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

It has been about 4 years since I purchased my luxury SUV from them and everytime I go there for service, the job is always done effectively for a marginal fee. Recently, my truck couldn't move forward and backward and I had it towed to them. To my big surprise, I had it back yesterday (11/20/19). While I was expecting a monster bill, to my big surprise, the invoice was zero. When I asked why, the answer was: " What was done, only required a nominal charge", and as a customer, that charge was fully discounted. In my opinion, any other place would have charged at least $2,000.00. Thus, with that experience, coupled with many others, I am proud to recommend BAS to anyone who's purchasing or servicing a motor vehicle. In my search for a luxury vehicle, I researched various luxury competitors and thought the X7 was the best. Due to that research, I purchased my first BMW and have owned it for one year. I can say that I am not disappointed! The only negative comment I have is the slowness of the power seats from one position to other. This is a very well crafted vehicle.

A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.

Not merely a car to get you from one place to the next, but a sanctuary on wheels,a testament to engineering finesse, and a vision of automotive futurism. The reason BMW made the X7 is obvious, to create something that offers an unparalleled automotive experience. The X7 accomplishes this in countless ways such as its cabin that’s spacious and exquisitely crafted, with such an attention to detail that it almost seems excessive. As well as the use of the highest quality of materials such as the optional glass controls, adds to the sense of sophistication of the car. But where the car truly separates itself from the rest is its performance. The X7 checks in with a remarkable 456 horsepower that is one of the highest among SUVs. But the power of the car does not affect the comfort and drive of the car as it glides down the road. Its adaptive air suspension ensures that regardless of power the drive remains pristine. The tech that the X7 offers, are is my opinion its most significant selling point of the car. The BMW's iDrive system is extremely intuitive and responsive, with nearly endless possibilities for customization. The iDrive system comes with a massive 12.3 inch central display that feels big enough to watch movies on. It also includes seemingly futuristic features such as a hologram that only the driver can see showing the speed you are driving, speed limit, maps, etc. While the car excels in countless categories it has its flaws. Most notably with the highly engineered features and the extreme luxury comes the steep price that is above the average SUV. Another flaw that I see is the minimal trunk space. The vehicle prioritizes the first two rows leaving already less room in the back but with the addition of a third row it leaves minimal trunk space. Trunk space can be a necessity for many families who travel often but the X7 is only long enough to fit only one large suitcase. My personal experience with the vehicle has certainly had its ups and downs. My driving experience has been nothing short of amazing and surreal as it is the first time I’ve driven a car of this level and power. But my experience as a passenger has not been as joyous. With being the youngest in my family I automatically get banished to the 3rd row while my brothers take the middle two seats and my parents the two front. This proves to be an issue when factoring in that I am also the tallest member of my family and can barely fit in the 3rd row.

Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.
