Love this amazing car
This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in.
Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

My car wasn't due for service for 30 days but I received
My car wasn't due for service for 30 days but I received notifications that coolant was low, tire pressure was low, etc and alarms were going off so naturally I overreacted. I tried to call and make an appointment but they couldn't take me for over 7 days. I called the service advisor Geoffry Kaleal and he told me to drop off the car and that they would take care of it. It wasn't a huge issue but for me it was because the alarms kept going off and it made me very nervous driving the car. Whoever hired him did an amazing job. Geoffrey is an asset to BMW. His customer service skills amazed me. I hope he will be there as long as I own BMW cars.
