We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

Awesome to drive. Smooth around curves. Barely feel bumps in the road. Most comfortable seats ever had. Solid. Beautiful interior and exterior! Easy to park. Lots of room!

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

This review is for sales. I live in Northern California but found a car that was optioned the way that I wanted at Sterling. I started an online chat and reached Joseph, the internet sales manager. He was an exceptional sales person throughout the entire experience. We quickly got to a very good price with no pressure or haggling and he walked me through all of my lease options. I really appreciated that as it was my first lease. Joseph was very responsive to all of my questions and requests and never hesitated to provide excellent service. Great buying experience. I did take the car (BMW) to a BMW dealership for a concern I had with the car I bought at CarMax. They found something so then I took it back to CarMax to have it fixed (5-day money back guarantee and 30-day warranty) and CarMax took care of it at no cost and without any questions.

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

So easy, it left me extremely pleased! I brought two friends with me for "second-third opinions," and they both enjoyed sharing the adventure with me! Very happy with our salesman who explained clearly what each step was in the test drive and through the paperwork.

Best SUV I have leased so far. Drives like a car, seats are awesome. I have the M Sport options. Didint feel like waiting for the M60. Everything this SUV offers is top of the line and feels like it. The two bad things though, is the climate control system is part of the infotainment system. Very annoying to operate. You have to control everyting from the touch screen. The other bad thing is BMW's need to electrify the folding and moving of the 2nd and 3rd row. If its raining, youre pretty much standing in the rain for 30 seconds as the seats move around to let you in the third row. I have 22"'s and it rides pretty smooth, was expecting a harder ride.

A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.

I love this vehicle! The cold water package, assisted driving, and executive package are great. The car drives very well for what I wanted and the 3rd row seating isn’t bad either. I had no issues getting in the back and I like how the 2nd row stops and adjust once it feels your knees. I’m not sure I’ll get tired of this car anytime soon.

This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

I traded in my car for a better one at lower payments. I'm very happy with how they treated me, didn’t push me, didn’t try to fool me. I looked at 4 different vehicles and ended up with a Toyota Tacoma, car’s history was very transparent and the price for its condition was superb. Overall - very positive experience.

I have just leased a 330i with the internet sales manager Sami Asadourian, and I am truely happy with the process and the final deal I got. I am from the Bay area and I have visited numerous dealers in the Bay area before coming to the new century BMW. I even went to another dealer in person in LA before coming to the new century, not to mention I have called many before flying to LA. Among all the experiences, I have to say that Sami was the most honest, transparent, and respectful salesperson that I met. I went directly to him and asked about the resulidual rate, the money factor, and the MSRP, etc. He gave me all the numbers without a doubt, and on top of that, a great satisfying discount. I purchased this car for my wife a few months ago now, and it has been a joy to own thus far. The car is very spacious (even for myself at 6'7" and 285 pounds) and carries our two children in the back without any distress due to the power function in the second row, something that doesn't always occur when I'm in the driver's seat of almost any other car. The seats are extremely comfortable, and it's both quiet in comfort mode and performs better than many would expect in sport mode, even as a 40i model with the 6-cylinder. While I prefer the pre-facelift X7 we owned before this one in terms of the front end, the rest of the car is an improvement without question.

Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.

This is the nicest vehicle I've ever owned. The ride is second to none, the power is reliable and excessive, the fit and finish is over the top!

My 2024 is AMAZING! This is my 2nd X7 and I LOVE it. It’s not only comfortable to drive, it’s also a pleasure to be the passenger as well.
