I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The engine in my wife's car died unexpectedly and we needed to get her a new one quickly. From the moment we met Jimmie, our Salesperson, the experience was great. This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. We were in the area for a medical procedure & air was slowing leaking from the right back tire. We called the Dealer & they got us right in. They fixed the valve stem which was the problem. They also checked the tires & found we needed 1 new one but would also need a 2nd one soon. We ended up purchasing 2 new tires. Everyone was extremely professional & nice. They sent videos of the repairs as well. This Dealership is superb.

I can say that I am not disappointed! The only negative comment I have is the slowness of the power seats from one position to other. This is a very well crafted vehicle.

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.

I love this vehicle! The cold water package, assisted driving, and executive package are great. The car drives very well for what I wanted and the 3rd row seating isn’t bad either. I had no issues getting in the back and I like how the 2nd row stops and adjust once it feels your knees. I’m not sure I’ll get tired of this car anytime soon.

Stonebriar Chevrolet has a very professional and helpful service crew. My service advisor Jeff got my trucks A/C compressor completed in a very timely manner even though my part was on backorder and none to be found in Texas. After a quick diagnostics of a faulty A/C compressor, Jeff really dug in and found an new one and had it overnighted from out of state just to get me back on the road as soon as possible. He also pushed for me to get a truck rental while it was service so I didn’t miss too much work. I highly recommend these guys and will bring my truck back whenever necessary, they are great people to work with.
