First was 1996.1.9L.best experience seating in the trunk.currently another z3.2.8.almost 200k mikes.runs like new.doesnt burn one drop of oil.plenty of power.no cry baby bout valve cover or piwer steering leak.nor oil filter housing leak.car is trouble free.and its not a miata.

I've owned a BMW Z3 2.8 L - it is truly one of the best balanced cars I've ever driven. It can take corners at speed as if it is on rails. The 6 cylinder engine sounds like no other. The power and torque curve are continual and strong. Maintaining an older Z3 is very easy. Top mounted oil filter element and plenty of room to work in the engine bay.

The dealership is super nice. The floor is loaded with amazing super cars. I wanted to take home an extra car just because. Randy is a very good sales associate.

I purchased my BMW Z-3 (6-liter engine) when it was brand new, 1998. It is the BEST car I have ever owned. (I've had Mercedes Benz, Thunderbirds, Corvettes in the past.) This baby is now 25 years old, and has 71,000 miles on it. I bought the hardtop for it, and keep it on the car all the time now. (Too much trouble to take off and put it on the rack in the garage.) Very few repairs were needed in the past, and I've had the oil changed, etc. every year, purchased new tires like the original Michelins, and kept this car garaged. I also purchased a BMW luggage rack, and a BMW hard suitcase that snaps onto the rack, because the trunk is small. I am a small woman ("ole lady now") and this car has been perfect for everything from long road trips, to maneuvering around town into tight parking spaces. It is classic black, and I STILL get compliments on it every single day!!! No, it is not for sale.

I have owned a 97' Z3 2.8i roadster for 3 years now and have loved every second of my experience. I have never had any serious maintenance problems with the car, and it was always gotten me where I needed to go. It is a blast to take corners in, it's quick, it's everything you want from a roadster. The only thing I wish it had was a little more power. It's certainly not a slug, but it doesn't put you back in your seat like a muscle car will. For being a cheaper version of the M class (and costing about half the insurance as an M) this car brings the most value for your dollar you can get.

This Z3 is a well maintained by mature owner when I bought it in 2004, I put extra care of engine and scheduled maintenances, it needs a new canvas top; you can buy generic canvas top at the cost of $350 online. Excellent for pleasure driving BMW Z3 along the coastline of California with the roof top off.

My son and I purchased a used Mazda from Bob Pearson at the Pre-owned building. We made an appointment and communicated with Bob before visiting the store. When we arrived the car was inside the dealership garage area ready for us to inspect out of the cold weather. We then went on one of the more informative test drives I've ever been on. Blacked out Mustang Gt, car is extremely fun to drive. I was told about few minor things before purchasing but seller was accommodating and the price definitely was a good deciding factor. Seller did explain a couple of things that wasn't required of him. I would recommend these guys.

This is my second Z3. I love the 97-1.9 for its economy and the 98-2.8 for its get-up and go. You become one with the car and the road feeling every turn & straight away in harmony. Just relax and go... I wish I would have kept both but you can really only drive one at a time!

For it's year it is in really good shape. You really have to see to appreciate how well the car kept up. The interior is in great shape and the same is the exterior. The looks new.

I contacted the dealer about a truck I was interested in on cars.Com. A Mr. Lipscomb answered and informed me that the truck had sold but that he did have other trucks in that category. He also told me he could have some work done if I needed it. He was very polite and helpful, I will be going up there to look in person in a couple days.
