The car was fairly priced and they worked with me to participate in new tires (tires on it were fine, I just wanted different brand) and new brakes (all Porsche parts!). Even did a great job addressing the little paint chips and imperfections in the car (all done weeks after the sale was completed to accommodate my busy schedule). Great communication and all aspects of the experience were professional and fair. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking at a high end luxury car (or any car for that matter). The M3 has gotten very luxurious while losing nothing in performance. Choices abound. the car starts in comfort/efficiency mode, if you are just going to the supermarket. But two "M" buttons on the steering wheel (you set them up yourself) can quickly change that. I have M1 set up for sporty and M2 for "to the max". The seats are a bit firm. I can ask the car to cool itself via a BMW app 10 minutes before I arrive. Many things like that. The manual transmission is standard BMW, similar to my 14 year old 1M. Many options are via virtual buttons, menus, and submenus, but I got used to it faster than I expected. Through the app I can check how much gas I have and what the tire pressure is and where I've driven (you can turn that off). It can connect to the dealer for regular maintenance. It's amazing! I'm not crazy over the electric clutch, but I'm getting used to it.

A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.

I was 100% pleased. I was looking for a certain Mercedes auto and I knew I may have to look nationwide and make a purchase without visiting the dealer. I found the car here and a few other places. I messaged the Bellingham location and I received a response promptly. I interacted with Drew who was very professional and personable. First of all everything in the ad was exactly truthful and correct. The automobile was pristine and well serviced. The car fax was accurate as I double checked it through another source. The sales team was reasonable with me negotiating the sale price and we quickly can to an agreement. I had trouble personally arranging for transportation of the vehicle because it was so very far away from me. Drew offered to arrange transportation for the vehicle. I had some issues with one of the terms of the arrangement but Drew was able to understand and accommodate my concern. All the paperwork was completed expeditiously and thoroughly. Throughout the whole process communication was timely, pleasant and efficient. When I received the automobile I was totally satisfied and pleased.

This was my first car and i definitely recommend. 1.It is super cute 2.it is small and easily maneuverable and fear of hitting something is low 3. it goes really fast so its easy to get up to right speed quickly. It brakes i would say are a little different at first but once you experiment you get the jist and they are actually very good. Overall I would recommend for the price and its an easy car to operate and goes fast.

My husband and I enjoyed our experience with the dealership and the salesperson, Drew, who provided us with the most excellent experience. He did not do hard sales. He arranged to work his day off. Though we were looking at cars 10K to 22K, he did not try to push us upward. Drew is an asset to the company. And he knows the best hotels, coffee and bakeries available if you are hungry or traveling. Would absolutely recommend this dealership and salesman!

Great car! Reliable, sporty, fast, just a beautiful looking car! The 6 cylinder V6 with 300HP is just such a nice drive! I use it for my daily commute to work. But it's also such a fun car to drive!

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I love my 335is sedan. It has the sport and winter packages, was about 50k when new, I got mine for $5500 with 150 k on it. 3.0 twin turbo motor runs great, loads of torque and power. 0-60 under 5 seconds and 30 mpg on the highway is a great combination. N54 motor has forged internals and is upgradable to 600 horsepower with mostly bolt-ons, check You Tube to see how this car is being bought by people looking to get big horsepower for relatively little money. It's not exactly cheap to do, but cheaper than most. This is an amazingly beautiful car as well, mine is black and when detailed, looks like a brand new car that gets thumbs up and positive comments from strangers at 7-11. I painted the silver sport rims gloss black, bought a $150 carbon fiber rear trunk spoiler and added some M badges and the car looks great.. I think it is one of the nicest looking sedans ever made. Get one before they disappear like old Supras, 240 sx's, and Datsun 510's from the 70s. Great car.

Great performance and easy to tune and mod. However, it is costly to maintain, even if you can turn a wrench; so be prepared to spend money for regular maintenance.

This car has put me through a lot, good and bad, but it’s been my most favorite car to own. Mine is a 6MT and is the most fun thing to drive. The tuning potential on this car is insane and i’ve had a blast building it.

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

If you looking for a reliable car and powerful and nice Exhaust sound , I also upgraded the head lights to m3 assembly, nice rims and never had an issue at all. The maintenance due on the time.

Husband has wanted a BMW since the 1980’s. Other priorities in life happened, so there you go. Fast forward to August 2020. Time to trade in the tired 2012 Ford Escape. Dealership has a 2014 BMW X3 25i in blue water metallic. Sold! Comfortable, QUICK!, with navigation, parking sensors/backup camera, heated steering wheel, etc. This is a gas sipper considering it takes premium fuel. Not a fan of the brake dust that turns the beautiful front wheels black, but we just keep up with cleaning them. So far so good. Seems to be reliable so far despite the reviews on the exorbitant maintenance costs German cars incur “when they get older”. This will be driven by retired husband about 2-3 times a week, so hopefully it will treat us well on maintenance costs. Bought a one owner, 72,000 miles, regular maintenance performed BMW, and to be honest, it’s not just husband that loves it!😀 Documented)

Absolutley one of the best cars I ever owned. BMW is the power Period. Mine is styled to the max with carbon fibers and sport wheels and so on. The Supreme driving machine ! I'm 60 years old I have been driving since I'm 19.many cars ..Superior handling ! Comfort ! Even on rough roads SMOOTH ALWAYS .CANNOT BEAT THE DRIVING MODES . AND the wind shied projector . there it is right in front of you navigation. your speed ... All warning system .voice command. And ,Cannot beat ...how good it is on gas ......bell sound freaked just telling me big degree drop in Tempature ... For people like me Problems with neck upper back not having to look down on speed or navigation ...makes driving less painful ...don't drive much anyway but does help when I have to go.alone

This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.
