This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

Recall on hybrid battery was done. Ended having to buy a 12v battery. Service Advisor Aoibheann was very helpful and kept me informed along the way.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

No one likes the process of buying a car, but AutoNation Southwest actually made it a pleasant experience for me! Sadie and then Lauren were both awesome to work with, professional, knowledgable about the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon) that I was looking for, and they were both able to help me, without any bickering and in-fighting like I have seen at other dealerships. Financing was pretty quick, and the dealership was very accommodating about letting me swap Jeep mods out with the new one I purchased. Like they let me switch my after market 37' wheels, so I could have my wheels on my new Jeep. The entire process was as enjoyable as it can be, I felt heard, taken care of and respected. I will 100% buy a car from AutoNation Southwest again. Even if you have had a bad experience at one of the other AutoNation dealerships (I am talking about you, AutoNation West) give ANSW a try, you will not be disappointed. Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

Recently bought a used car here ~ I went to get the car's emissions test done right after I drove it off the lot & it failed the emissions test due to the check engine light suddenly coming on. I took the car back ~ they identified the problem. They said, "We WILL fix this." Not only did they order a new part for the car ~ THEY took the car for the emissions test ~ they loaned me a car to get back & forth to work. My car passed the emissions test straightaway ~ and they had my car ready for me to pick up LESS than 24 hours from the beginning of of this issue. Ralph & his crew are truly AMAZING! If you're in the market for a car ~ please check this place out! You won't regret it!

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

I've been living in Castle Rock for 11 years now and found Greenwood Automotive about 8 years ago. I typically changes vehicles every 9-16 months for the simple fact, I like new rides. Over the past 8 years I've purchased and traded in a dozen vehicles without regret. This past week a Mercedes E500 caught my eye and within 2 hours I drove it home, seemless. Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Great process and fair pricing. Atticus went the extra mile to make this purchase happen for us! He even drove 2 hours to get our paperwork signed.
