I haven't shopped for a car in 20 yrs and was very apprehensive going to look for a new (used) car. However, what a pleasant surprise going to Keffer Mazda. The staff was very friendly and "not pushy" like I have experienced in the past when buying my daughter a car. I would definitely recommend Keefer Mazda. Good all around experience. The personal service, courteous attitude, drop-off experience and thorough addressing of all my concerns was the best I've seen in quite awhile. The dealership/service department made me and my wife feel like we were their best friends. Also greatly appreciated a thorough explanation of how each item was addressed. There were 5 or 6 issues that needed attention.

Before you buy any BMW older than 2018, check out the Isley V BMW lawsuit. You will find the V8 in all pre 2018 BMW's to be problematic for oil leaks and valve stem failures due to defective engine design and excessive heat. I have this X5 with the V8 and it's a wonderful car to drive and look at. It's my 5th BMW and by far the most reliable. Unfortunately, even with all the meticulous care, my car has experienced the oil leak and smoking exhaust, just like all the N63 & N63TU engines through 2018 will experience this problem and the cost to repair exceeds $20K from the dealer. If you find one that had the valve stem seals replaced, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it, it's a great vehicle in many ways.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Excellent staff, prices and vehicles. Bought a nice Volvo and it was hit and totaled before we got the new tag. The guys worked with us and our insurer and got us into an even nicer newer vehicle without any hassle or haggling. Would highly reccommend.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I did careful reviews of this model as well as the 4 Series. I was really looking at the 2023 4 Series 2Dr Coupe. I decided to go with the 2024 M240I because ... 1. it's a two door. I liked what I was seeing with the professional/owner reviews for the 2023 model year. And 2. I bought this as the last new car I will buy and as a reward to myself for a life well lived and jobs well done. I got the Portimao Blue Metallic Cognac Interior. I didn't pay for the add-on's that dealers like to charge. I only paid for what I had too. Do your homework on this. Will save thousand if you do. Some emails, couple of phone calls and the deal was done. Now, down to my opinions of this car.... I didn't really think I would like the run flats ... but, not bad at all. Like any tire, depending on the road surface, they can either be loud or quite. For the most part, quite. Add to that the build quality of BMW and I have a quite riding car. When the door closes, it does it with a solid "this door is closed" sound. Only other thing I will add about the tires ... I will get a donut spare. Don't like not being without it, run flats not withstanding. The interior is very well done I think. Everything is right there for you to get to without having to stretch for it. The IDrive 8 is very easy to work once you get it sorted the way you want it. Seats are very comfortable. Heated seats warm up nicely in cold weather ... so does the steering wheel. Sound system is great. I really like the fact that BMW kept the control wheel for the IDrive 8 system and didn't go full on touch screen. Same with buttons on the steering wheel. Real buttons. Another thing that I thought I wouldn't like was the toggle for the gear selector. Not a issue at all. Given the small interior for the 2Dr Coupe, the toggle works out well. A stalk selector would have been like a black eye. Engine response when you put your foot on it is right there. I've not noticed any turbo lag at all. Maybe due to the M240I being a 6 and not a 4. Power is there when you need it. My MPG so far has been about 26.5 in town. Was over 30 mpg on the highway/interstate. Having to use premium is not a factor for me. Knew that going in before I bought the car. For the cost of this car, spend the money and use the premium grade. Visibility hasn't been an issue at all. The tech is great. Works very well and is easy to set up the way you want it. The back up sensors were at first a bit annoying, but I got used to them fairly quickly. Loving the heads up display. So far, I've got no complaints.

I have the 430i G22 (coupe), sports package,shadowline trim,. It is my daily driver, looks amazing and handles phenomenal. I get comments everyday by random people saying the car looks amazing. I have the Brooklyn Gray with the red interior which I believe is the best color combo.

Unfortunately, I did not purchase my XC40 from Paramount , however I am fortunate enough to take adcantage of their wonderful Service Center. Friendly and helpful staff, punctual and they listen to your needs. I have dealt with several service centers in the Hickory are and these folks ARE THE VERY BEST !!!

The M3 has gotten very luxurious while losing nothing in performance. Choices abound. the car starts in comfort/efficiency mode, if you are just going to the supermarket. But two "M" buttons on the steering wheel (you set them up yourself) can quickly change that. I have M1 set up for sporty and M2 for "to the max". The seats are a bit firm. I can ask the car to cool itself via a BMW app 10 minutes before I arrive. Many things like that. The manual transmission is standard BMW, similar to my 14 year old 1M. Many options are via virtual buttons, menus, and submenus, but I got used to it faster than I expected. Through the app I can check how much gas I have and what the tire pressure is and where I've driven (you can turn that off). It can connect to the dealer for regular maintenance. It's amazing! I'm not crazy over the electric clutch, but I'm getting used to it.
