This is one of the best dealerships where you can buy the car you want. I bought a GMC Yukon Denali, an impeccable, beautiful SUV. The people who work there are all very friendly and treat you with great courtesy, and Jordan helped me with the entire purchase process. Jordan is very kind and very professional in his work. My husband and I have owned Volvos exclusively for the last 35 years. We've been dealing with the Glen Cove dealership in the past 4 1/2 years and found the service to be excellent. It appears that post-COVID there has been a great deal to be desired. That being said the new manager, Vito, has been informative, patient and most willing to answer my questions and resolve the challenges that this dealership has faced. I am confident that he will be the person to bring back the dealership to its place of excellence.
