Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Definitely would recommend everyone I know to this location.

I have the 430i G22 (coupe), sports package,shadowline trim,. It is my daily driver, looks amazing and handles phenomenal. I get comments everyday by random people saying the car looks amazing. I have the Brooklyn Gray with the red interior which I believe is the best color combo.

I have been driving BMW since my first 320i in "79" I sold my 2004 645ci 6 speed with 123K miles for top dollar, & purchased this beauty. I love the way this car handles with the M & executive packages. The six cylinder with the single turbo has plenty of pep. The first day I put the temporary plates on it I had two different people approach me to inquire about the car. With only 25K miles on the odometer this Florida car rides like a brand new one. No more shifting which is delightful for my two new hips.....

Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

Andrew was easy to work with. Im a research personality & know about financing & never take a dealers word & do my own research & have my own mechanic friends....& Andrew just let me do me, & let the car sell itself. No pressure. The 1st car i went to see had some minor problems, which was to be expected for the age/price i was looking at...but i was afraid they could become bigger problems soon....so I told him how I just needed a reliable work commuter car to keep miles of my nicer car, that I needed some modern amenities, but not frills, that it had to have good gas mileage, & had to be reliable for at least the next 4 years, & had to fall in a certain budget parameter....he showed me a car i hadn't considered, he gave me time & space to research the car's saftey ratings, car fax, engine reliability, insurance costs...& he got it to fit in my budget. It wasn't a steal but it was definitely an extreamly fair price. It was a done deal. Andrew was also very personable & made the stress of buying a car a more pleasant experience.

I’ve had this 2009 sport wagon since 2016. Bought it with 68k miles. It’s now at 118k miles. Plan on $1500-$2000/year for maintenance and I think it will easily go 200k miles. Fast enough, good handling, doesn’t attract police. My Best Buy.

Bought my Maserati ( used) from these guys- I am across the country from them but they treated like I was there neighbor.... was so worried but they checked the car for every scratch and mark and reported to me before I bought. They quickly responded to my offer, and helped in locating a shipper to compare my cost .... car had a title issue that took extra time but they responded to get it fixed before the tag ran out, it was close but title arrived overnight. I always love BMWs. This is my favorite and most reliable. It's a 2012 with 90k miles and is experiencing only "older car" issues. Love the ease of the top and the size is perfect for me. Warning: be careful of servicing at dealerships. My top was stuck up. Dealership told me $3500 to fix. My regular mechanic told me it was only a little plastic piece and replaced for $0. Dealership: Fermin BMW in Palm Harbor, FL. Avoid them.

I have not decided what kind of car I wish to buy. The Audis looked nice. I have heard good things about the company. I don't know if anyone I know has an Audi.
