A normal dealership. Not amazing, not terrible. Straightforward. I liked that they didn’t interrupt or pressure me: want to look - look, don’t want it - move on. Gives a sense of freedom. I bought after four days, thoughtfully. I think I made the right choice.

They were very professional. They didn't overwhelm me with excessive emails and text like some other dealers do. They were great to deal with even though I didn't end up buying from them.

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.

They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. The 2019 BMW M850i truly Is the ''gentleman's racer'', power to spare and refined interior make this BMW an ultimate driving machine. I've owned many BMWs, all were superb vehicles. This one, however, is the ultimate. I could put on a suit and dine out to an exclusive restaurant or put on a track suit and head to the track. I have the ''first edition'' with the special ''frozen Barcelona blue metallic'' paint and loaded with options...she is a very special vehicle.

Sold my 2015 640i coupe for a 2020 840i. Couldn't be happier even though it doesn't have a popup roof, or CD player. The speed blue/cognac combo is eye popping. I haven't ever seen another 840 one on the road. Looking forward to changing the run flats for premium radial all-weather tires. Very quick with the 335 HP 6 cylinder in sport mode, & runs great on 89 octane....
