My experience was easy and informative with TJ. There was very little pressure to buy, a nice test drive, and useful information while doing so. TJ brought this car from another store, a car I found on AutoNation, and had it prepared for me exactly at the time asked. They also stayed until 7:30p to deliver the car so that I could land at the airport and come straight to the dealership to pick it up.

Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

Donavan Rene was very accommodating! A little misunderstanding at first, but everything workout great in the end. He was very helpful from beginning to end.

Go to Max if you want a M car. He will take care of you like family. Going back to add more stuff on the car through him.

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. Great service at BMW West. Joanna keeps us informed about everything and makes sure all that needs to be done is taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price. The free maintenance and warranty work is done with no trouble or issues at all. Any recall notices (rare) are also checked by Joanna. Great convertible. This car has attitude! Very comfortable, good looking, big power for a turbo-charged 6. Easy to drive, and easy to learn all the new bells and whistles.

Always efficient and friendly. Scheduling is always easy and my technician, 'Vi' is extremely personally. I always request her to assist me with any car repairs or required maintenance.

Super fun car to drive. Love the B58 engine, tons of power and suuuper smooth. Handling is next level and it just feels it will turn through anything! Everyone I've shown it to totally loves it. The gas mileage is also much better than I was expecting, coming from a tuned VW GTI. I never considered myself a convertible person, but I ended up buying the convertible anyway cause I figured it would be fun. I'm not a huge fan of the seats given this is one step below a full blown M2. They're decently comfortable, but they look awfully boring compared to something like Audi and the quilted leather they use. The one other thing is the soft top has a bit of a squeak, though to be fair I really haven't looked into getting it fixed so it could be super minor. Very much looking forward to more driving!

The two-door coop is a great ride. Has economy to sport settings to adapt to your riding style. Corners great, accelerates as needed. Getting about 25 mpg mostly local driving. 30 mpg highway.

I have driven many BMW’s but this one surpasses them. Not only does it have an amazing look but the feel and sound of a V8 is no comparison. I can leave it in comfort mode and relax or put in Sport and everything changes. I hope BMW leaves this one alone along with the M5 and not make into the electric garbage with these horrible grills.

I recently bought a 2014 BMW X5 from Hue - he was very attentive and helpful. I had a 3rd party inspection completed prior to purchasing and they gave good marks for the car.
