My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. It is easy to tell that both Ceandria and Hannah enjoy their jobs, do them exceptionally well and with confidence. Both made me feel at home. I traveled 2 1/2 hours and my next car buying dealership will begin and end with Passport.

I have driven many BMW’s but this one surpasses them. Not only does it have an amazing look but the feel and sound of a V8 is no comparison. I can leave it in comfort mode and relax or put in Sport and everything changes. I hope BMW leaves this one alone along with the M5 and not make into the electric garbage with these horrible grills.

Wow. After reading negative comments concerning weight and the front end, I was unsure while waiting for the car that I would like it. It’s an amazing beast, and better than I expected. Weight gains in part are due to stiffening braces in the rear sides and under the car. Yes, it’s a bit heavy, but the lack of flex more than pays you back. The front end with the rectangular intakes has a purpose. This car needs a lot of air intake for cooling. Behind the rectangular intakes a coolers which need air. This car is well behaved when it needs to be, and complies with daily driving, yet when you want to play, it responds well. I feel this is the total package at an affordable price. The only place I feel could have been a bit better is road feedback through the steering wheel.

Select Auto Imports is a highly professional group. I purchased a Range Rover from a different state without seeing the car. Paperwork was arranged by them via Fedex quickly. They are very knowledgeable and experienced with out-of-state transactions. The car was exactly as described by Select Auto in excellent condition with no surprises and no hassles. Handling on a curvy road, acceleration on a straight stretch and the sounds of spooling turbos is a real adrenaline rush. This car was so much fun to drive I hate to see it go. Carbon fiber refinements inside and out make this vehicle a real head turner. Looks, handling and brute power, what more can a car enthusiast ask for?

The F30 design when not M Sport is muted, but when you get the M Sport package and all the goodies, it becomes the sports car that BMW intended. It just hit 100,000 and is starting to show wear with rattles from the dashboard and an increase in road/wind noise due to aging weatherstripping. Easy fix! I can say that with FBO that this car has been reliable - nothing major has broken and left me stranded. Sure, due to adding more power it has gone through spark plugs faster but you pay for that when you give it ~70hp more than factory. After upgrading the clutch and cooling system, I am completely worry free on this vehicle. If you want a comfortable cruiser, this car is not it. If you want a sports car, this is what you go for. They can be equipped with most any tech feature one would like - from HUD, Navigation, Parking Distance Control, Bluetooth, etc

I visited Action Automotive last weekend to check out a 2019 Lincoln MKZ. The experience was, hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership in 30 years of buying cars. Communication was great, both before the visit and after the purchase. My daughter knew exactly what she wanted, but there was a selection of other luxury cars that all appeared to be in the same great condition as the one we bought. Even better, we able to do the test drive and complete the purchase in about 2 hours, which was definitely a record for me! I would not only recommend Action to anyone, but the next time I’m looking for a car for myself, I’ll definitely be checking them out again.

I had owned a used BMW650i for 10 years and love the car for the look, size, performance and value. I decided to finally upgrade to a new 2023 BMW 850i. The car is incredible. The Horsepower is outstanding and the car drives like a machine. It has power, handling, and is sporty but you still feel like you have a full car you are driving.
