I drive a 2014 550i and needed a lot of work done on the car. Ben was very professional in working with me through the whole process, including communicating with the warranty company to have all of the work covered. I traded in a 2020 bmw m2 competition for a 2020 bmw CS. Both were bought new. The M2 Competition was an amazing little car but the CS takes it to another level. The adaptive suspension gives it a more compliant ride than the Competition. The acceleration is ferocious ( 0-60 in 3.8 seconds) and the handling is intuitive and precise but predictable. The seats are extremely comfortable even for a large guy like me ( 6’4” and 225 pounds). The stereo is cranking and the heated seats are just perfect. Very little in the way of other toys. No sunroof or electronic gimmicks to distract from the driving experience. Evo gave it car of the year in 2020 beating out Ferraris Lamborghinis Porsches Mclarens and rightly so. Resale value keeps climbing:)

Bryan Weber was extremely helpful when my car was towed to the shop on the afternoon of December 23. The service department was closing and would not reopen until December 26. Bryan recommenced a nearby hotel and arranged for a loaner car at the last minute so my husband and I would not be stranded over the holiday. He also followed up promptly when the service department reopened, getting me back in my car to continue my vacation. Thanks Bryan!

I've owned a 2020 M2 Competition manual in Long Beach Blue for 2 years now and I've put approximately 19K miles on this car, including use as a daily driver, use for fun drives on nearby country roads, and use on the track (VIR). This is a fantastic car, with great power, exceptional handling and braking, and it is suprisingly practical with great back seat roominess (when compared to other 2-door sports cars that have this), and a good-sized trunk. I've had one minor repair made under warranty to replace the crank shaft sensor, and I've replaced the tires (with the OEM Michelin Pilot Super Sport). My only ding is that on longer drives the car is less comfortable but this is a minor criticism in light of how I did not purchase the car for this reason. Overall an incredible car that is huge fun and a great value to boot!

I could not ask for a better person to take my car to in times of need. Tim is an exemplary individual. Professionally, he is thorough, patient, and very competent in taking care of my service needs. He is a very good listener, and he will address my concern no matter the magnitude, until he finds a satisfactory solution. In several instances, he has brought in specialists to provide me with a satisfactory explanation and fixed the problem. Socially, I see Tim as a friend. He is very welcoming, respectful and with a great sense of humor. I am fortunate that I have such a reliable individual to work with.

Corey Rutherford is the person to use if purchasing a vehicle. He exemplifies much passion for his job and dedication to his clients. For approximately six months, we had been searching for a particular vehicle with specific features and had spoken with many car salesmen throughout the process. Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.

Had a great experience with Tony and Beau. We communicated via text message per my request because it made things easier to go over with my husband, and because I have children being loud all around me. They gave me a lot for my trade in, and Tony assured me he would not drop that price once I made it to their shop. I live about 3 hours away, and that assurance was nice. Everything was smooth sailing, and I did not feel like I got any kind of run around or car salesman duping. It was cut and dry and a pleasure to work with honest men.

My wife loves this car, its ease of getting around and parking. We take the car on evening cruses about every night through out the summer. I drive it a lot harder than she does and it has amazing handling. It has over 100.000 miles and still running great.
