I have heard some horror stories about getting your car serviced at the dealer. I must admit Andrew made my experience much better than expected, I anticipated to pay much more than I did but Andrew made me feel at ease. I felt that he was there to make this process as easy as possible for me he was able to get me in a loaner vehicle when they were short on loaner vehicles! I had some extensive damage done to my vehicle and I know it was not going to be cheap, he worked with me to make sure that the vehicle will be fixed right and I must admit the vehicle drives much better! and I am satisfied, Andrew kept me updated through the process even when I saw him working he looked so busy his customer service never lacked! Once again Andrew thanks so much and when it's time to get into another vehicle I will definitely choose BRIDGEWATER BMW! What I do notice is if you conduct the proper maintenance on these wonderful machines they will run great for a long time! We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. I purchased the 840 grand coupe over the 5 or 7 series BMW. The sporty style is a big plus. The technology is the same on all the vehicles. For now I am very pleased. Time will tell.

I love the M-sport package look on this car. It looks sleek and sporty. With a cold air intake this car sound beautiful. Rides great and can save a lot of gas in eco mode vs sport mode. Paddle shifters are fun and responsive.

Over the years I've heard a great deal of the outstanding driving experience and fabulious features of the BMW cars. Now that I have purchased a 2026 M440X I understand their praise. The slogan " The Ultimate Driving Experience" is not just an advertising gimmick. I'm still learning the many, many cool features of my car even after the excellent tutorial by the Dealership and reading the manual. In short, I'm sold on Germain Engineered cars and am now part of the BMW family. Too bad US car manufacturers don't make this quality of car. My opinion, is that it the cost would be outside the reach of most Americans.

Have had 5 3 series`, and I wont drive anything else, starting with a `78 323. Love the whole layout, including the battery...surprising power for a 4 cylinder. My last was an inline 6, and this is far quicker. I`m 6 ft tall, and the back seat is , well, a back seat. You have as much legroom as the front seaters allow, but even with the front seats pulled a few inches forward, there is still ample room in front (and back). Only drawback? The shift into second can be a little abrupt, that`s about it. Thx.

I went to this dealership using the educator program where as a thank you for our hard work they gave us a free oil change and car wash. Booking this appointment was easy. They got me in the next day. They looked over my car to be sure I didn’t need anything else, too. I really appreciated that because I haven’t really thought about my car since the pandemic started. They even gave me a loaner car for the day! I was over the moon by that gesture! I’ve been loyal to my (other) dealership for nearly a decade and they have never once offered me a loaner and their appointments were weeks out.

I’ve had this 2009 sport wagon since 2016. Bought it with 68k miles. It’s now at 118k miles. Plan on $1500-$2000/year for maintenance and I think it will easily go 200k miles. Fast enough, good handling, doesn’t attract police. My Best Buy.

Our 3rd BMW, wanted fun weekend car, couldn’t find Z4 coupe so we settled on a pre-owned 428i coupe w/ Sport Line pkg. Wow! Turn dynamic display to Sport + and it’s a Screamer! Turn it back to Comfort = 35 mpg w/ cruise set at 75 mph. True coupe, room for 4 full size adults. Once you change out run flats ride really improves. Was very surprised what BMW can do with 4 cylinder, now a believer. It does everything a sports coupe should do, excels at almost all of them. Our car was dead nuts reliable, no issues. And it is a very attractive, athletic looking car. Plenty of compliments. And spoke with some BMW track guys, one who owned a tuned +380 hp 428i, advised it was a 8/10ths car- it does 80% of a M powered coupe- pretty impressive.
