Michel and the crew at CBB were very solid to deal with. They are straight up with pricing, worked with us on the trade in value of our current car (with a bit of cajoling, but hey, this is a car sale!) and made the buying process relatively painless for a dealership. We had our own financing, so I can't comment on how that works here. The business office was fairly competent and wasn't too pushy on upsells other than some mild attempts. As a former salesperson, I get it, no harm no foul, and they were gracious when we passed on their offers. We love the new car and will be back in the future when the time comes. Overall, a much better experience than my last car buy. Would definitely come back.

I had a '93 6 speed (very rare it turns out) but I made sure it came with extended after market warranty. The warranty company must have spent $20k keeping it on the road. I managed to add another 80k miles on it and sold it for a good price.

Certified Benz and Beemer is a top-notch dealership. I’ve always heard great things about the place, but just got firsthand experience. On a Sunday I pulled in late afternoon and took a brief walk around the cars out front. Walked into the lobby after about 10 minutes and was greeted almost immediately by Product Specialist Michel James. Told him what I was looking for (I4) and he walked me upstairs to the inventory. Took a test drive around Papago Park (gotta love those curves). Michel was able to either immediately answer any question I had or had the info at his fingertips. He kept in touch with me in a way unlike a typical dealership. When I had my decision 2 days later, he arranged for a pretty seamless, low-stress acquisition of my new (to me) car. Sales Manager Kevin and Finance Manager Brock were great too! Hoping this ride will last me a long time, but will definitely be returning to CBB for the next one and letting friends in the market know where to go.

This car has been a ton of fun to own. I searched far and wide to find a 128i couple in dark gray, with navigation. Patience paid off and I found the one I currently own several months later, and it has been an absolute showstopper. I am constantly getting compliments on this car, even though it is now seven years old. It is aging very gracefully and has not been hard to maintain. Highly recommend.

I would like to add comments regarding the pleasant experience I had that involved Beverly Woodhull I purchased a new f350 ( which is bad xxx ) and missed tv giveaway by 10 days. I asked Beverly if it were possible to be part of the give away Without hesitation Beverly said she would ask the owner and get back to me. The owner was out of town for the holiday The first chance she was able to discuss my request she did and followed up immediately. The owner said yes and thanks to Beverly I was awarded a new tv as part of their thanksgiving giveaway. I cannot say thanks enough to Peoria ford , their owner and most importantly Beverly . I went into Audi Arrowhead-Auto Nation to look at the Q3 models. I did not expect to purchase a car that day, but Dan Baghdasarian's amazing customer service led me to purchase my first Audi. Dan worked with me and listened to my needs, and was very patient. He was extremely knowledgeable of the products available and took his time showing me various models. I am very happy with my purchase and experience I received.

I did careful reviews of this model as well as the 4 Series. I was really looking at the 2023 4 Series 2Dr Coupe. I decided to go with the 2024 M240I because ... 1. it's a two door. I liked what I was seeing with the professional/owner reviews for the 2023 model year. And 2. I bought this as the last new car I will buy and as a reward to myself for a life well lived and jobs well done. I got the Portimao Blue Metallic Cognac Interior. I didn't pay for the add-on's that dealers like to charge. I only paid for what I had too. Do your homework on this. Will save thousand if you do. Some emails, couple of phone calls and the deal was done. Now, down to my opinions of this car.... I didn't really think I would like the run flats ... but, not bad at all. Like any tire, depending on the road surface, they can either be loud or quite. For the most part, quite. Add to that the build quality of BMW and I have a quite riding car. When the door closes, it does it with a solid "this door is closed" sound. Only other thing I will add about the tires ... I will get a donut spare. Don't like not being without it, run flats not withstanding. The interior is very well done I think. Everything is right there for you to get to without having to stretch for it. The IDrive 8 is very easy to work once you get it sorted the way you want it. Seats are very comfortable. Heated seats warm up nicely in cold weather ... so does the steering wheel. Sound system is great. I really like the fact that BMW kept the control wheel for the IDrive 8 system and didn't go full on touch screen. Same with buttons on the steering wheel. Real buttons. Another thing that I thought I wouldn't like was the toggle for the gear selector. Not a issue at all. Given the small interior for the 2Dr Coupe, the toggle works out well. A stalk selector would have been like a black eye. Engine response when you put your foot on it is right there. I've not noticed any turbo lag at all. Maybe due to the M240I being a 6 and not a 4. Power is there when you need it. My MPG so far has been about 26.5 in town. Was over 30 mpg on the highway/interstate. Having to use premium is not a factor for me. Knew that going in before I bought the car. For the cost of this car, spend the money and use the premium grade. Visibility hasn't been an issue at all. The tech is great. Works very well and is easy to set up the way you want it. The back up sensors were at first a bit annoying, but I got used to them fairly quickly. Loving the heads up display. So far, I've got no complaints.

I have driven many BMW’s but this one surpasses them. Not only does it have an amazing look but the feel and sound of a V8 is no comparison. I can leave it in comfort mode and relax or put in Sport and everything changes. I hope BMW leaves this one alone along with the M5 and not make into the electric garbage with these horrible grills.

I had been browsing for an upgrade to my LR and came across Beemer Haus on Auto Trader, sent an inquiry on a vehicle and within a short amount of time Nick reached out to me to schedule a test drive. I showed up within 30 minutes of them closing on a Saturday and he was more than happy to grab the keys and head out. There were 2 vehicles on line I was interested in, one of which wasn't on the lot yet. He assured me he'd let me know when it arrived and hold it so I could come see/test drive. Sure enough he texted me Monday when it arrived, and scheduled a Tuesday walk thru and test drive. My only contemplation was to either keep or trade my current LR. I met with David the owner who was fair with negotiating and worked with Jordan for finance. This team is friendly and pressure free. They appear to be fair in their pricing of vehicles understanding the profit margin to flip these cars they don't seem to be price gauging even with watching my trade in get priced and sell within the week or so of my purchase. The G87 M2 is fantastic. It's the best BMW of the 9 I've had over the years. The engine is amazing, the suspension fantastic, and the car is light and nimble. The manual transmission is much better than I expected.

Great sporty car. Lots of good interior features. It’s a 2 door, which I prefer. Car has lots of cameras and safety features. Interior is beautiful and comfy. Good trunk space. Had X3 traded out for this. I owned four doors and one other two door. Really like the two door!

Handling on a curvy road, acceleration on a straight stretch and the sounds of spooling turbos is a real adrenaline rush. This car was so much fun to drive I hate to see it go. Carbon fiber refinements inside and out make this vehicle a real head turner. Looks, handling and brute power, what more can a car enthusiast ask for?
