Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. I bought my first BMW in 2014. A new 640XI convertible... I have purchased many new vehicles including 5 Lexus 4LS models and 1 Sports coupe. The BMW was without a doubt the best. Now with regard to customer service as well as service departments (which is almost as important as the car model I select) Rallye BMW was without a doubt the best in both categories. So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

If you want an SUV that is not bulky and still have the feel of driving a sedan, this is the vehicle for you. It is very comfortable on road trips, better than the X1 or X3 when it comes to how comfortable the seat is for the driver. I test drove other X models and the seats were not as comfortable and they felt bulky and more like a truck than a car on the road. This is definitely a crossover with all of the luxuries of a sedan in an suv.

I don’t even know where to start, but this dealership and especially Patrick Laroque made my experience feel both luxurious and genuinely welcoming. This isn’t one of those dealerships that tries to push you in just any direction; they truly work for you and do their best to get exactly what you want while staying as close to your budget as possible. Buying a car from them was so easy, and there were no tricks, games, or hidden fees. The two-door coop is a great ride. Has economy to sport settings to adapt to your riding style. Corners great, accelerates as needed. Getting about 25 mpg mostly local driving. 30 mpg highway.

I purchased my 2017 in 2020. It’s Upgraded wheel package really does wonders for its look/stance. Not a single problem after 3 years and no records of any previous problems. Looks, drives and feels brand new. Everyone loves it. It handle’s fantastic, very smooth ride and nothing but basic maintenance (I’m a little OCD on vehicle maintenance anyway, it pays off). I don’t drive it like a 16 yr old might. I take care of it. I don’t drive it hard. The worst of these that I’ve seen are from owners that rag them out. A good inspection, up on a lift, exposes a lot. You treat it well, it will do the same for you. Before buying I did my homework with Carfax info, maintenance history, previous vehicle location, called prior servicing dealership listed on Carfax and it’s surprising what they can tell you about a car they maintained, dealership gains nothing by misguiding me bc it wasn’t being sold by them. They just confirmed the facts from their service records which was even more than Carfax had actually. Also found a BMW mechanic that I paid $100 to check it out, front to back, before buying it and he had nothing but good to say about it. He did said “I’d grab this one”. I don’t know if I will ever be able to let it go. Did have a BMW recall, went to dealership and out in 1 hour, n/c and they also did a complimentary full check up. They didn’t find anything wrong and asked if I wanted to sell it. That was a big NO. I have neighbors keeping an eye on it, waiting to hear that I’m trading it in so they can buy it. Love it.

They parked my car after a recall service on a pile of snow- keep in mind its lowered and has a lot of work done to it. Granted, there was no damage to the car (surprisingly), i still dont appreciate how my seat was moved and they left my car a mess. It seemed like the techs were touching things inside of the cabin, i had streaks of something all over my windshield. The work was great but i dont recommend mechanics treating others cars like their own.

I have the 430i G22 (coupe), sports package,shadowline trim,. It is my daily driver, looks amazing and handles phenomenal. I get comments everyday by random people saying the car looks amazing. I have the Brooklyn Gray with the red interior which I believe is the best color combo.

I've had my M roadster for two months now. Every time I get in the car, the corners of my mouth turn up to my ears and my heart leaps into my throat. I drive like it's stolen. I've topped it out on the turnpike and I don't often take a corner without a little smoke coming off the tires. Okay, sometimes a lot of smoke. At 155, the ride is smooth as glass and handling is effortless. Don't worry about the small calipers; braking from 155 to 75 (for an SUV changing lanes without a signal) is gentle as an ocean breeze; electronic assistance keeps the car quite nimble. The suspension is outstanding. I was racing (actually smoking like a fat ham) a Nissan something-Z and hit a nice dip in the road...well...more like a ramp. All four tires came up! The M handled that just as gracefully. It's always ready for the driver's next request and executes commands with flawless precision. And the exhaust note is simply beautiful! Love it or hate it: Full throttle; let it all hang out-- LOVE IT! Try to take it easy; kid gloves -- still love it, just not as much. Drop the top, crank the tunes and cruise xxxx-style. When trying to behave myself around town, I've found it doesn't take sharp corners; it wallows through them. Only when you break the back tires loose does it perform smoothly. The CG seems to be nicely balanced fore and aft, but is definitely TOO HIGH! The angles between the friction points and the CG have a large effect on body roll and in a turn the forces induced on the tires are not symmetrical. This causes the back end to roll a little more than the front. Inertia carries the rear end forward and the high CG shifts slightly to the rear and side opposite the turn; more so than it would if it were lower. This reduces downforce on the front tires and increases their slip angle. All of that adds up to understeer. Break the rear tires loose and their slip angle catches up to the front tires. You're on your way around the corner. Don't let my complaints about cornering overshadow the incredible car this is. I'm just spoiled by the '99 Miata (still the best handling car I've ever driven). Overall, and in every other respect, the M is the exemplar roadster (albeit a bit of a brute). Lots of luxury, badass power plant, precision engineering and tremendous flash! (Bling! Bling!)

BMW 440i xDrive Coupe: I have owned several BMW's over the years. During my 4 years of ownership, this was the finest of them all! BMW underrates their engines, and this 440i was noticeably stronger than my previous 335i and almost no turbo lag. The transmission is flawless. The xDrive 440i is deceptively quick. Everything worked as it should, and I never had any issues. The ride is firm but not harsh, I had the adaptive suspension and when activated, it was like driving a go cart. The electronic steering was not as engaged as previous model hydraulic steering yet the low-speed steering in parking lots was much easier to maneuver, I will take the tradeoff. This vehicle has minimal sway in the corners and will go where you point it. Sometimes you don't realize how good this vehicle is till you drive a lesser vehicle (as when renting). The leather wrapped steering wheel was perfect feel and the heated steering wheel was never too hot. The seats are infinitely adjustable and supportive. The BOSE radio is very good for an OEM and has many optional tuning choices available. The HUD (Heads Up Display) is fabulous! The power, smoothness and deceptively quiet interior even at excessive speeds, this vehicle maintains its composure. This vehicle breeds confidence making it all too easy to drive fast, very fast. The back seats fold down, and I was able to put my mountain bike in the truck (with front wheel removed) so this has a large storage area. This vehicle is just the right size, I personally like the coupe better than the sedan with its sloped aerodynamic rear deck. I would highly recommend this vehicle for anyone seeking a sport coupe, this hits all the right buttons, well done BMW!

The M235i makes me feel like a very fast businessman Simple and contemporary design inside but bold sharpe lines in the exterior all that with 320+ horses the ablility to take corners at speed with full boost being available around 1800 rpm and you have yourself with a car that bmw should be very content with placing on their line up.

Great Car for weekend sightseeing in the mountains. As Fast as a 750, but a lot more fun. This BMW is all for the driving experience.
